The single-storey house is in the middle of the vineyards of Obernhof in the Nassau Nature Park. Directly on the hiking trail to the "Goethepunkt" viewpoint and the "Klettersteig". 300 meters away from the station and the canoe rental. Above the house is a vegetable garden with a sun terrace. Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Winter (unter 5°C) ist der Whirlpool leider nicht nutzbar.

Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.
