Hemos pasado un finde increíble... la zona de exterior es muy cómoda y bonita (al final es lo que más usas en verano) faltaría cubrir un poco la valla para no ver el descampado. La zonas de las habitaciones no nos ha gustado, están muy viejas y antiguas para el precio de la casa.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastisk opphold! Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i denne leiligheten! Den var moderne, ren og veldig godt utstyrt – alt vi trengte var på plass. Kjøkkenet hadde godt med utstyr, senger og sofa var komfortable, og det var deilig med aircondition. Bassengområdet var nydelig og godt vedlikeholdt, perfekt for både avslapning og en forfriskende dukkert. Beliggenheten var også super – rolig og fredelig, men fortsatt nær butikker, restauranter og strand. Verten var hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. La casa estaba totalmente equipada y muy limpia. La piscina la hemos disfrutado muchísimo porque el viaje era familiar con distintas edades y necesidades y ha dado cobertura a todas ellas. La casa es muy espaciosa, las habitaciones también, con armarios grandes. Es una zona residencial donde hay que coger el coche para todo, pero en nuestro caso que íbamos a descansar y difrutar de la casa, no ha supuesto ningún inconveniente. La ocmunicación con el anfitrión ha sido muy rápida y fluida. Volveremos seguro. Muchas gracias

Espectacular chalet que te hace sentir que perteneces a otro nivel económico. Te sientes como en casa y Juan te responde a cualquier duda en todo momento. La cercanía del tranvía hace que el hecho de estar a las afueras de Murcia no sea un problema. Está dotado de todo lo necesario y más. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Villamartin. Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. communicatie vooraf erg prettig. aangezien ik gehandicapt ben heb ik meer zorg en voorzieningen nodig dan een 100% persoon. vooral veel uit te zoeken of het appartement geschikt was Sergio heeft daarbij heel goed geholpen. ook tijdens ons verblijf. er is bv een hoge tafel met barkrukken. Voor mij niet te doen. Sergio zorgde meteen voor een andere eethoek

Fina our host, who is ultra friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, was quick to respond for any questions and cooked us all (12 guests) a fabulous paella . We were delighted to receive fresh eggs every morning to make a large Spanish omelette enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. It’s a fab place for a large family gathering.

It was very fun and cozy stay! The campsite is equipped with everything you need, and all the guests have been lovely! Jonathan was friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay :) I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who is interesting in trying something different

La villa es perfecta para relajarse. Es igual y encima mejor que en las fotos. Allí puedes encontrar todo para pasar buenas vacaciones. El dueño es muy amable y nos ha explicado todo muy claro y también siempre mantenía el contacto con nosotros para contestar las preguntas. Volveremos sí o sí

Hemos pasado el finde y no ha podido ser mejor,empezando por ellos dos,muy agradables y fácil comunicación,además nos dejaron salir más tarde!la casita es una chulada y tenía de todo lo indispensable,no le faltaba nada!la piscina una pasada,tiene pista de frontón,mesa de ping pong y bicicletas,allí no te aburres,las gallinas dan huevos buenísimos y nos dieron un montón de limones para llevarnos,en resumen...volveremos!un placer José y Chedis

Nuestra estancia fue estupenda. Jose Luis fue muy amable, y se mostró muy colaborador con el tema de los horarios de llegada y salida. La casa está impecable, y además él tiene el detalle de dejar una compra básica que facilita mucho la llegada. Todo fenomenal

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. We highly recommend Javier's apartment and would definitely return. Thank you Javier.

This was the second time that we stayed at Katriinas place. I can highly recommend it for remote workers. Stable internet, two desks with office chairs and external monitors. Plus a comfy sofa! The neighborhood is very local, no tourists, which is another plus for me. But it's easy enough to get to the center using the bus or tram.

Hemos pasado unos días de relax total! El alojamiento coincide con la descripción. Lola muy buena anfitriona y muy atenta con el fin de hacerte sentir bien y pasar unos días super agradables . Ubicación perfecta al lado de una cala maravillosa y cerca de sitios en los que puedes comer rico y a buen precio. Desconexión total en plena naturaleza Lo recomiendo 100%

Estancia inmejorable en un alojamiento de 10. La ubicación era perfecta y la casa acogedora y muy tranquila. Numerosos bares y comercios en la proximidad. 100 × 100 recomendable

Excellent host, always accessible and very detailed with information we needed. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious with full kitchen. We're so looking forward to coming back to this place on our next trip to Murcia, if available.
