A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

Beautiful studio in an oasis of tranquility but very close to downtown, seven minutes by car. Here you can study, work, or just relax, whatever you want. It is a fully equipped independent studio located on the first floor of a single-family house. It has no elevator. The bed is 150x200cm. It has a sofa with chaise longue and smart TV. It has a small kitchen with everything you need for everyday life, a large bathroom and a dressing room.
