Cozy wooden garden house with private entrance in the garden of house. Cozy room with a sofa bed, a cooking facility, a kitchen shelf and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the garden house, you will have access to a terrace with sun loungers. At 5 minutes walking distance from the center with many shops,, 10 minutes from the beautiful forests and Paleis Soestdijk. The train station is in 10 minutes' walking distance. From the train station to Utrecht 25 minutes travel and to Amsterdam 1 hour.

We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Charming guest suite by beautiful forest and dunes

Welcome to our cozy and fully renovated guest suite, consisting of living room, bedroom, kitchen and private bathroom. Within walking distance of the station and shops and at the same time practically next to the forest. If you are looking for peace and nature, you have come to the right place. This is also an ideal spot for mountain bikers, an 8-minute bike ride away is a large network of forest MBtrails. Of course, the guest suite is equipped with WiFi and you can borrow our (city)bikes.

We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours because we are at the National Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please indicate in advance if you want to play tennis. Bicycles can be safely stored here.
