Toch is het huis ook voorzien van moderne gemakken om een ontspannen verblijf te garanderen. Gelegen op slechts 25 minuten van Amsterdam, wordt Huizen omringd door prachtige natuur, ideaal voor wandelen, fietsen en zelfs varen. Stijlvol appartement onder ons huis, in het souterrain, met een patio en een eigen trap naar beneden. Van alle comfort voorzien, keuken, badkamer, apart toilet, 1 slaapkamer en 1 extra logeerplek (met gordijn, geen deur! Voor max 2 personen). Met de auto ben je in 30 minuten in Amsterdam of Utrecht. Het appartement is op loopafstand van Paleis Soestdijk en station Soestdijk. Dichtbij de bossen en met veel leuke restaurants om de hoek. De ruimte is ook geschikt als werkplek of vergaderruimte.

Een goed toegeruste keuken, inclusief oven, vaatwasser en magnetron. Boven twee slaapkamers en badkamer met ligbad, douche en tweede toilet. Voorzien van fijne handdoeken en rituals bad-, douchebenodigdheden. Wasmachine en droger in separate ruimte, beschikbaar voor gebruik. Achter het huis een zonnige, ruime tuin. 2 fietsen staan klaar voor gebruik.

Bathroom with shower and toilet. 2nd floor: attic with washing machine (rest of the attic not available to guests). Large sunny backyard to the south. Private parking space at the front.
