Hybelleilighet på totalt 27 kvm i sokkeletasje av enebolig i Drøbak sentrum. Fullt kjøkken med alle fasiliteter: induksjonstopp, stekeovn, mikroovn, oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap og fryser. Bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Skulle du føle at noe mangler, gi oss beskjed, så ordner det seg sikkert. Alle gulv har gulvvarme. Huset ligger innerst i en blindvei, midt i Drøbak sentrum. Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til til sentrum og matbutikk

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
