My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Very nice apartment with jacuzzi + outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read the listing in full), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) The kitchen is fully equipped. Foot whirlpool and foot massager available. No pets allowed! It's a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to smoke only outdoors.

My place is close to nature and good air and peace and quiet. You will love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams sometimes crack, the rain pours on the roof= pros and cons?

Lovingly restored, listed residential building the Thome House, formerly Jenn House, named after the builder Jean Thome from 1827. During the 2019-2020 expansion, a lot of emphasis was placed on ecological materials. Clay plaster, clay paints, natural wood paneling, natural stone and wood floors. A generous private terrace is located directly at the apartment.

It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for nature, peace and relaxation. Only 3 km away is the Lietzenhof golf course with its 18-hole course surrounded by beautiful nature.
