Comfortable armchairs and evening meals with shimmering lanterns await you in this cottage idyll. Indoor evenings on soft sofa cushions invite you to fireplace and board games. Or sit at the dining table with a good cup and look at the lights from the harbor. The plot is large and undisturbed with barely visible neighboring cabins. For the children, the plot is a safe playground with fun climbing trees and mountain knolls to jump around on.

Cozy cabin located at the innermost part of Kjølholtfeltet, a quiet and family friendly cabin area at Skjærhalden. Perfect for families with children, as it is only a short walk right down to the town beach at Skjærhalden. The cabin is very practical and everything is easily accessible, both for use and for washing. This is not a cabin for partying and is not rented to young people. No animals in the cabin, and no smoking indoors. It is NOT allowed to charge the car at the cabin, as fuses are not dimensioned for it.

Hvaler, idyllic Søndre Sandøy

Sunny summer cottage on idyllic Søndre Sandøy with a short distance (5-10 min) to some of Hvaler's finest sandy beaches, Storhavna and Gjøkvika. Sun on the cabin until late in the evening. The cabin is located in the woods about 150 m as the crow flies to the beach zone. Garden furniture has been purchased to provide the best experience on the new terraces both in front and at the back of the cabin. There are good sun conditions from morning to evening, and the parasol comes in handy on sunny summer days.

Velkommen til våre romslige familiehytte som ligger høyt med vid utsikt mot havet. Beliggenheten er privat og likevel nær flere strender. På terrassen mot havet kan dere nyte kvelden helt til solnedgang og den andre terrassen mot hagen er perfekt for frokost og aktiviteter. Hytta rommer opp til 9 gjester i alle aldre. I hagen er det god plass til badminton eller andre aktiviteter samt lekestue for de minste. Den lokale stranden byr på svaberg, sandstrand og krabbefiske. Hytta har parkering.

Newly renovated cabin by the sea

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Dette er ingen polert luksushytte, men en ekte hytte med sjarm, personlighet og litt slitasje. Til gjengjeld får du varme i gulvene på badene, god plass, og en sjelden nærhet til natur og sjø. Padle til kiosken på Herføl eller gå en tur til Oline for fersk bakst, fyr opp pizzaovnen i solnedgangen – eller gjør ingenting. Her går dagene i ditt tempo, med havet rett utenfor.

The cabin is peacefully located on Vellebufjellet on Vesterøy. 5 minutes to walk to the nearest beach m. The beach is shallow and very suitable for small children. Fantastic hiking areas in the immediate area. walk to Kuvauen, Guttormsvauen, Papperhavn. The cabin has nice grounds with a garden and forest around. Borrow hammocks, kayaks and paddleboards. Very suitable for a family with children. We use the cabin quite a bit ourselves. Rents on request from May-October.

Vesterøy, Hvaler

Spacious and nice apartment with a secluded location on Vesterøy on Hvaler. Parking space available. Walking/bicycle distance to swimming areas and hiking trails. Several beaches with good parking nearby. From the center of Vesterøy, there is a bus both further out towards Skjærhalden and into Fredrikstad. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with a cup of coffee in the sun, take a walk in the woods, a swim in the sea and explore Hvaler's sights.
