Total of 8 beds The beach is within walking distance and Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad are a short drive away. Parking space with room for 3 cars. Possibility for electric car charging.

This is a unique place to create new memories located in a private and sheltered backyard. This is a property we use as a holiday home and want to share with others. The property is located in the middle of Halden city center with immediate proximity to EVERYTHING. The cleaning fee, which is mandatory, includes made beds when you arrive in addition to towels and the fact that we look after you. You leave the house as you found it. From July 1 to July 31, there is only rental for 3 nights or more

Degernes/Rakkestad og Trømborgfjella med utallige fiskevann og turløyper innen en halvtimes kjøring fra hytta. 10min å gå til Ertevannet

Cozy house, rural location, and close to the sea – child-friendly.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

Badstue og badestamp er tilgjengelig mot et ekstra gebyr. De ligger på siden av huset med fin utsikt mot naturen. Prisen: 600 nok for enten badstu eller badestamp, og 1000 nok dersom dere ønsker bruke begge deler i to timer. Dette må avtales med verten i god på forhånd, som varmer opp og gjør alt klar til dere.
