A very pleasant, bright flat in a quiet street. Just perfect! Everything was available, well furnished. Helga was always available and responsive. I would recommend this place!

We've stayed here twice now and again it's absolutely amazing, the scenery, the apartment, the host all amazing and nothing to complain about. one of the best places I've ever stayed at.

This was a perfect jump off point for exploring the area! Short drive in every direction for hikes and attractions. Sleepy little town with amazing views right out front. Loa was wonderful with recommendations and information. The home was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Disa’s place was perfect for us, cozy and stylish in a beautiful setting. Not too far from town but felt remote. Very comfortable bed, refreshing shower. We appreciated making coffee in the Moccamaster.

New, well stocked accommodations with a gorgeous view. Underground parking was a huge plus. Some construction in the area and not much around. But the stay was absolutely perfect.

Had a great stay. Location is convenient to bus stop 14 and 6 for tour pick ups. We were able to walk all around the city easily from the apartment. Jon was easy to work with and communication was great. Look forward to staying here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Ingi's flat! iIt was such a comfortable home base for us for a few days in Iceland. The location is the best -- walking distance to everything you need in Reykjavik, with the harbor and great cafes and bakeries right outside. The price was great, the bed was comfy, and the views out the window were beautiful. The bathroom was also nice. The building was secure and felt very safe. The towels could be a little softer but like most places in Europe, there's no dryer, so that's to be expected. Ingi was a great host. So communicative and kind. would recommend to anyone and would love to stay in the future!

Such a wonderfully cozy place in a great location! We loved being able to see the Northern Lights from the hot tub after a long day of exploring on the Golden Circle. House was super easy to get to - close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We were able to beat the traffic and walk to catch multiple sunsets at the Grotta Lighthouse. Host's directions were super detailed for any and everything one would need to know and they were very responsive when we did have additional questions.

Loved our stay here! It felt very cozy and homey, and the location was perfect-very walkable to everything in Reykjavik. For parking, we stayed in the alley out of the way of other cars and had no other issues. My one comment would be that the hot water smell was quite sulfuric, but I think that is true of most places in Reykjavik and surrounding it. Overall though, I would love to be back-the bed was super comfortable too!

The location of the house makes the views from the living room, the kitchen and bedrooms really spectacular and unforgettable. You love sitting and sipping morning coffee there, however there is so much to do and see in Iceland that you also don't want to sit there for too long :)) There is a nice Icelandic swimming pool, a few cute restaurants, fabulous walking paths and two supermarkets within a walking distance from the house. It's worth to mention that the house has all the equipment you need. Well, unless you need a washing machine or a dishwasher.. It's an old style house but makes really a pleasant stay.

What a great place. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room for everyone and such a great location - not far out of the city but very peaceful and beautiful. The favourite of the Air Bnb's we booked for our Iceland trip!

Our 4 night stay in Larus’ Lakefront Villa & nearby attractions of the Golden Circle were one of the highlights of our trip-we highly recommend! His home is spectacular in every way, including a hot tub, sauna, a large living room/gathering space w/well appointed kitchen. Directly on a lake, without others in close proximity, it’s ideal for those that want to experience the splendor of this part of Iceland more privately. As a host, Larus goes above & beyond! We had brought some equipment to fish the river 100 yards away, but not small enough tackle. When we emailed him asking location of a tackle shop, after returning from a daily activity, we were surprised & delighted to find 2 more rods & 2 new trays of tackle appropriate for the trout in the river; giving 4 of our group the chance to do some fishing in Iceland. This was a lovely home in beautiful surroundings! It worked perfectly for our group of 7 adults.

We wish this was our house! It was a stylish design which gave beautiful views of the Icelandic countryside and wildlife around. It had everything we needed for our family of 4, including supplying a highchair and cot for our younger son. Faxifoss wayerfall was a short walk away and places like Geysir and Gullfoss were a short drive from the cottage. The owners were always quick to respond to our queries and gave us a great recommendation of a local tomato restaurant where you can eat unlimited tomato soup and bread in a greenhouse. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Very nice place to stay, great location, parking can get a little hectic but that can be expected.

The Harbor Apartment was perfect to visit Reykjavik. It’s clean, comfortably furnished, nicely decorated, and wonderfully warm and inviting on a cold January visit to Iceland. The location was unbeatable, just across the street from the scenic old harbor and near plenty of excellent restaurants and steps from a small market for your daily needs. The host provided voluminous tips on getting around and responded quickly with a work-around when we discovered that the Internet network listed in the check-in instructions was down. We would definitely stay here again. Just one small caveat for light sleepers—the bedroom window is located next to the ground floor elevator and you can occasionally hear the voices of people coming and going, or stomping the snow off their shoes before they get in the elevator.

Rùnar’s home is perfect to rest after an icelandic adventure. It’s warm, comfortable and nice, with an amazing ocean view (we had the chance to contemplete an eruption too!) and good markets near by. There is a delicious little fish market too, at few steps. Reykjavìk is easily reachable by walking (half an hour) or with bus and Seltjarnarnes is a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood. Rùnar and his family are helpful and kind. Thank you for sharing your home!

Harbor Apartment was a great place to stay! Walking distance to all the prime sights made it convenient, as well as the many restaurants. So convenient!! Host(s) were so responsive, as well as the information shared about the area, the apartment and the restaurant suggestions made our visit perfect! We definitely will return one day!

The host was really communicative and accommodating. Her home is clean and has everything. We enjoy our stay and would recommend!

Snorri and Svava’s Airbnb was so cozy, clean, and in a great location near the city and next to the water. They were so responsive and friendly! I would stay again!

Great place to stay really central.

This listing was AMAZING! My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights on our honeymoon in Iceland and it was perfect. The location is beautiful, and right across from the Edition (if you were thinking of booking there… book here instead - way better deal!). We didn’t cook here much, but did utilize the air frier which was a nice touch! We enjoyed the cleanliness and modern feel of the apartment. We also felt very safe at this location. The WiFi was great. The hosts were incredibly helpful and supportive with clear and quick communication whenever we messaged. The walking score is 10/10 as we caught all our tours from nearby bus stops 5 & 6. We walked to all our restaurants from here and enjoyed the food hall which is right below the apartment as well. If you haven’t booked here yet… what are you waiting for!?
