James was very responsive to several problems we had with the property. He immediately asked if we wanted him to come out to fix the issue. All in all, it is a wonderful place, perfect for a family reunion! The downstairs space is perfect for kids to watch TV and play games. We expect to rent this property again! Thank you

Joshua's place was the PERFECT place for our dad's 70th birthday! The 9 kids had an amazing time between the pool and game barn there was constant entertainment for all ages! If you have a big family/group this is the spot!

This house and property were charming and beautiful. The location was extremely close to beaches, restaurants, and stores all while being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay! We picked the location because it was in the middle of the Cape and easy for us to explore the coast. The house is newly renovated and in pristine condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were fresh and new. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. The host was very responsive. We highly recommend!

I grew up going to Cape Cod my whole childhood. Absolutely loved staying at this cottage and in this area of West Hyannis. Would recommend to anyone looking to go to the Cape.

Brianna's place was well kept up, clean, and comfortable. The house had a very quite and secluded setting, which we enjoyed. We had a nice stay and thought this was a good central location in Cape Cod. Brianna had everything we needed and more. The conveniences that she had in the house were much appreciated (bags, beach equipment and toys, cooler, washer and dryer & etc.) and made life so much easier. She was very responsive when asked and even gave us some recommendations around the area. The whole process was smooth!

Renee was a fantastic host and the place was spotless and perfect for us (party of 4 - and still had a convertible couch and plenty of space). The driveway is big for multiple vehicles and the fenced yard is helpful for a dog. Easy in and out and close to everything in Hyannis.

Andrei’s place was great, better than the listing. He allowed an early check and extended our stay by an hour and a half. He responded super quick to my messages which made for a great experience. The house had everything we needed and more!

10 stars for the host. Megan was proactive in communicating the check in process with us. She was also quick to respond to all of our (sometimes dumb) questions with clear, helpful responses. The checkout was also effortless, it truly was a "vacation for relaxing." The house itself is right size for a couple or a small family. While weather didn't fully cooperate with us to take full advantage of the deck/grill/ backyard/hammock, the beach pass was a huge benefit in getting us access to the town beaches. The house is also located in a great spot in Hyannis, close to the water, but also to the town center with a lot of great restaurant and shopping options. Other popular Cape Cod towns are also close enough for a short drive. Ultimately, would stay here again just because Megan made this such an easy, stress-free, experience.

The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen and bathrooms are both have nice amenities. It’s in a great location, easy to walk down to the beach and close to the Main Street and the ferry. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Audrey’s place is super clean and cute and comfortable. It felt just like home from the beginning. It is very close to several shops and restaurants - 10 minute walking distance. It’s also 10 minute drive to some of the best beaches. It is 10 minutes if you want to take the ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay at Audrey’s again. She is very understanding, friendly, and nice.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The walk to the beach was an easy trek. The central location was great to get to any spot we chose to explore. I would easily recommend the house to anyone wanting a great Cape Cod experience!

The place was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. it was cute and cozy. It shares a driveway with another property and the dual mailbox can make it harder to find when looking for the house number. The instructions are accurate, it is just in a woodsy area and easily missed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and quite comfortable. The weather did not cooperate so we might have taken more advantage of the amenities. Thank you for a nice long weekend in Cape Cod!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place—it was spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was well provided with everything we needed for cooking and dining in. This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

My family and I loved this space. It was conveniently located to everything we needed and all the best local spots. The house was as beautiful as it looks. Spacious, clean and felt really homey. A huge plus for us was that is was dog friendly. The hosts were super responsive with a few questions I had and we are already planning on booking the space again if we ever need a place to stay in the area! Thank you!!
