L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Appartement de 55 m2, électroménager, au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison adossée à la colline, en contrebas de la route. L'accès se fait par un escallier de 80 marches. Sans vis à vis, jardin, piscine, barbecue, vue panoramique sur la grande bleue, les iles du Levant et de Port Cros. Endroit très calme situé entre le Lavandou et Cavalaire, plages et commerces à proximité. La piscine non privative est à partager avec les propriétaires. Les enfants de moins de 12 ans ne sont pas acceptés.
