Holiday rentals with beach access in Hyères

Guy’s studio was lovely—it truly felt like home. It was clean and beautifully decorated, with real soul put into it. We had everything we needed, and the sea was right in our backyard. The building is in a residential neighbourhood, making both the days and nights peaceful, yet you’re still within walking distance of a few shops. Our host Guy, was friendly and responsive, we would definitely book his studio if ever in the area again-which we hope. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay here.

The studio is perfectly located so close to the water that you can enjoy it morning, noon and night. Ideal for walks before breakfast and after dinner! Everything is accessible on foot! We didn't have our car and the bus is a stone's throw away and goes everywhere, it's very easy. Easy walks from the studio and superb! Stores and restaurants close to the studio and a little further away for cheaper if needed. The studio is simple but sufficiently equipped and practical. The terrace is shaded in the afternoon, which is very useful. We were there for a few days, not during holidays or school breaks, so there were relatively few people and it was quiet. It is undoubtedly more populated during the 'tourist' periods. We will be happy to come back because there are still many walks to do😁. And special mention to our super welcoming and available host!

It was an incredible experience. The view from the hot tub and bed was so beautiful that it almost seemed unreal. Definitely again!

Light, spacious, clean and perfectly located apartment 3 minutes from the pedestrian streets, 2 minutes from the Saturday market. Dark and modern decor, everything you need to prepare meals Provide a small survival kit to avoid unnecessary purchases: Senseo coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, or hand dishwasher liquid if you prefer. 2mn walk to Gambetta car park, ultra convenient. A usual check-in, a key box. A little impersonal but it's becoming the norm. Easy, responsive communication with the host. Just a downside to check-in at 5 P.M., a little late but we adapt very quickly, especially since the host allowed us to access the accommodation at 4:15 P.M.... so thank you! Cleaning is to be done when you leave, it's done quickly and it avoids paying a cleaning fee, a good idea! Finally, a more than correct rate for this apartment, its quality and its location We recommend this apartment without worries and we thank the host for his kindness and kindness and availability

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

We had a very pleasant stay in the accommodation offered by JJ and Christine. It is a high-quality Airbnb with all the amenities and products available (one of Maison, basic necessities, etc.) The outdoor environment with the swimming pool, gardens, petanque court and sea view is an idyllic setting to rest for a few days with family and lovers. I highly recommend

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

Great accommodation for sharing moments with family out of season in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very nice view of the sea from the terrace. Well-decorated apartment. Parking spaces rather on the port, not really in the street, but only 3 min walk. An electric vehicle charging station at the port, 8 minutes' walk away.

Philippe's Gassin Airbnb is a little paradise away from home. First, Philippe is the most responsive, warm, and friendly host I have ever encountered. My wife and I were planning a rather complicated several country European trip and he took the time to answer our MANY questions prior to booking. He was also just as responsive after booking! The home itself is EXACTLY as described and even better as the pictures cannot do the view and serenity of this home any justice. The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. you can tell the home is professionally cleaned between guests. Check in was a breeze. Philippe has also thought ahead for his guests. You'll find a book that answers any question you could ever have and provides a guide to the area that would rival any hotel. If you're looking for a place in the area and you've found Philippe's listing, please just hit book. I promise you won't regret it. If 6 stars were possible he would get 8.

wonderful stay in this apartment ideally located directly on the beach, you feel like you're in a boat, at night rocked by the sound of the waves, all the elements are present to spend a nice time with the family. the accommodation is very functional, it was perfect. thank you very much.

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at all times if needed. Regarding the apartment, I try to find something negative but I see nothing. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you enter, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal area for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be redone as soon as possible.

AMAZING VIEW! Very easy with parking and everything is walkable!

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as on the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

We had a grate stay in this apartment! There is very much space and a good equipped kitchen. The two plages are just a few feet away. The bathroom and the shower are also very comfortable.

cute studio, well appointed. It's small, but it's got everything. The terrace is great, and the view is incredible. The Bergerie beach is at the foot of the residence. We had a great stay, enjoying the sea 100%.
