The location of the house was very good, it was within walking distance to everywhere in Marmaris. Mr. Gökhan responded quickly to the questions and allowed us to check in early. The furniture in the house was a bit old, but it was in usable condition. Only the laundry wire needs to be changed. It's a good place in terms of price/performance. You can stay safely.

Mert and his aunt who helped us during our stay were very friendly and responsive hosts. The place was fully equipped and some missing items provided immediately. The supermarket is very close within a 5 minute walk. And beach is also very close but you should definetely visit other beaches around Marmaris and Datça as well.

I wasn’t my self this time I visited but Ali and his family was very understanding and made me feel right at home , apartments are clean family is nice and lots to do nearby

Very spacious villa and a clean & large pool. The host was really attentive to our needs and provided us with satellite TV and WiFi modem on demand. Location wise, it is a bit uphill and 10 min walk away from the beach.

First of all, we are very satisfied with Mr. Can's friendly and sincere behavior. The location of the house was very good ambiance and cleanliness. The pool and greenery in the garden make for a very pleasant experience. The kitchen has all the necessary supplies. When I come back to Selimiye, this will definitely be the place to stay.

The flat is nicely furnished and clean. Is in good location, close to the beach, restaurants and in central location. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise even during the night but in certain way I was expected this due to the location (high street). Overall I am happy with my stay and would do it again.

First of all, I would like to thank Özge and Müge. They were very interested from the beginning of the process. As for the house, we stayed as 5 friends and we loved it. The 😍 house was clean, the sheets smelled nice, so we were very comfortable. The view from the terrace, the sunset was magnificent 👌🏼 Since Söğüt is a small place, we walked to the beach and got down in 1 minute. We both used the beaches and took night walks. It is very comfortable to visit because it is small. If I were to stay in Söğüt again, I would definitely prefer this place again ☺️

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the host! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect — spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home in Marmaris. The house is modern, very well taken care of, and feels just like home. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a clean and stylish bathroom, and a lovely open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen — everything you could possibly need is there. But what truly sets this place apart is the view. Absolutely breathtaking. From the windows and the terrace, you can see the sea stretching out endlessly. It’s hands down the best view in the city — peaceful, panoramic, and perfect for morning coffee or evening tea. A special thanks to Mr. Irfan, who made the experience even better. He stayed in touch with us constantly, sent a clear video showing exactly how to reach the home and where to park the car, and kept checking in until we arrived safely. Throughout our stay, he was always available, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. If you’re visiting Marmaris this is the place to be in for sure

The family lives right next door and is super hospitable and nice. The apartment is superbly equipped and you feel right at home. It is equipped with everything you need. We cooked several times because we felt so comfortable - even harvested olive oil was ready. The accommodation is secluded but therefore it is quiet and idyllic. Getting there without a car will be difficult. Overall, we were very satisfied and therefore extended

Idyllic, pure nature and everything you need! The sea, the center of Marmaris (a stone's throw) and the entire Marmaris area can be explored or reached by car between 60-90 minutes. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees, this village and the apartment are surprisingly fresh and pleasant. We didn't use the air conditioning one day. For the city of Datca (approx. 2 hours/easy) you should plan a whole day or 2 days. Everything is great ;)

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located with easy access to all the fun spots in Marmaris. The view was stunning, and the peaceful vibe made it hard to leave. Our host, Ismail, was amazing — so kind, helpful, and super responsive to all our questions. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He also guided us throughout our stay, making the whole experience even better than we imagined. You truly can’t find better than this in all of Marmaris. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

The location is very good. The house is a house where we can't get enough of sleeping. We had a comfortable stay with windows and mosquito nets. The hosts were very interested.

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Gokhan was a lovely host. He was very helpful and easily contactable. very friendly 🙂 The property was a good location for us personally as in the middle for the beach and armutualan. the home was lovely and clean and exactly like the photos. would stay here again. thank you for a lovely stay Gokhan x
