The accommodation is close to nature and Dellensjöarna, about 4 km from the city center, where there is a restaurant, grocery store, skate park, etc. About 30 km to Järvsöbacken and Hassela ski resort. I want to rent out a simple cottage just a few meters from the lakefront with nice evening sun and a nice little garden, just 20 minutes from Hudiksvall. The cabin has electricity but no running water. There is a smaller boat with oars. The large cabin is equipped with tables, chairs and sofa. The kitchen has two stovetop burners, a fridge and a microwave. The bedroom has two bunk beds and two extra mattresses. The cottage is located only a kilometer from the popular fishing spot Långtjärn with implanted fish.

Lägenheten finns i egen byggnad ovanpå stall. I stallet bor tre svartnosfår. På gården finns även ett boningshus där vi i familjen bor med två tonåringar, katter, kaniner och hundar. Njut av lugnet med utsikt över åkrar, kor och hästar på närliggande gårdar. Djur är välkomna! Elbilsladdare finns.

Boendet är perfekt för de som vill ha nära till golfbana, skog med svamp och bär, cykling, skidåkning och fiske. Utanför entrén stannar skidbussen vid säsong för att ta er till backarna. Längdspår finns ca 80 meter från Lodgen, eller 14 km till populära och snösäkra Harsa. Om man väljer att inte laga mat själv, finns det ett antal mycket bra restauranger i Järvsö. Stor bastu med utsikt över Ljusnan, ett bibliotek med öppen spis och soffor och biljardbord.
