We had a wonderful 15 days! ☀️ The accommodation is very nice, super modern, comfortable and everyone was very nice! The pool was also great and always clean. Only a few meters walk away was a beautiful beach, where you can also have a great breakfast. To get to the next town or to other beaches, you need a vehicle - the nice lady at the reception also took care of that and we were picked up to get to the rental and when handing in the quad we were also brought back to the accommodation. All in all, we were completely satisfied and didn't want to leave. Thank you for everything! 🤍

This villa is beautiful with an amazing pool and breathtaking views.

Unfortunately, we were only there for one night to visit our son, so we can only give an impression. A beautiful cottage on a hillside surrounded by olive trees and potted plants on the large terrace. A wonderful view of the sea, lots of peace, really nice to relax.

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay,largely thanks to the attentive and friendly host.Everything was easy and comfortable,and the host was always quick to respond and help with any questions. A special thank you for the kind birthday surprise - the warm wishes and bottle of champagne made the day truly special 😌 The place was clean,cozy,with a stunning sea view. One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed at. Owner is great and took care of everything very fast and efficiently. Perfect place to relax and enjoy a secluded holiday in Crete. We will always go back to this place!

I had a really good time ! The apartment is clean and I much appreciated the view from the balcony! The instructions were clear and the parking easy. The only thing is that the bathroom is a bit small so it might not be very easy for a tall person. The village is charming with many good restaurants. I really enjoyed it!

A really enjoyable stay at Platankia. It was extremely well equipped and had everything you would need and more, only thing that would help would a microwave - the kids really enjoyed the toys that were in the beach basket and kept them entertained without the need for a TV etc. Be warned wifi is a bit slow but great if you want to disconnect from the Internet for a while. Some really great restaurants, would recommend Vespas for Pizzas and Vitsalo is great for seafood. Everyone in town is extremely friendly and kind and Myrtos is always contactable if you have any other queries. We enjoyed being able to pick oranges and lemons and made enough lemonade to sink a battleship! I really enjoyed the hmock and the slide and swing is great for children. It is extremely private as you have large greenhouses on both sides but at the same time it is super easy to walk into town. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would come back. The gorge is worth seeing and lots of other stuff

The descriptions, instructions and recommendations for restaurants by Jean René fit wonderfully. It is a brand new, modern house with very good, new furnishings. It was all very clean and nice. Beautiful bright rooms, a beautiful pool right by the house, a great roof terrace! Thanks to the air conditioning in every room, you can also spend hot days and nights there. We were there in June, the beach was still very empty, but all the shops and restaurants were already open. And - I stopped it - it's only 1 minute on foot to the beach!

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of incredible. The location was peaceful and serene—away from the busier tourist areas, it truly felt like our own private resort. The views were absolutely stunning, and every moment there felt like a dream. The house itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the heated pool was a highlight—especially during the cooler evenings. It made it easy to enjoy every part of our stay, no matter the weather. George, our host, was fantastic. He was always just a message away, ready with helpful suggestions and warm hospitality. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay even more special. We’re already dreaming about our return. Highly recommend!

My stay at the beach house in Pachia Ammos felt like stepping into a quiet dream. The house was just as shown in the pictures — and somehow even more beautiful, embraced by the serene rhythm of the sea and the gentle charm of a peaceful neighborhood. Each morning, I woke to the whisper of waves and a view so breathtaking it felt like time stood still. The warmth of the locals made the experience even richer, and our host Marilou was the soul of it all — gracious, generous, and sincerely kind. I left a part of my heart by the shore, and I know I’ll return someday

Staying at Sunterra feels like being an honored guest at a Seaside Cretan Villa. My accommodation was lovely and private. Sofia left honey, treats and the best olive oil from her family estate. She checked on me often without being intrusive. I slept to the sounds of the Cretan Sea and the pool is world class. This is one of the best places to stay in the area. The place was clean, modern and we loved the proximity to the beach. It was nice to have fruits, wine and crackers provided as we arrived late in the evening. The swimming pool was also excellent. I would love to come back!

It was wonderful, the boys and I loved the fire and outdoor whirl, but also the beautiful rural setting and the starry night sky. Even homemade baked goods were brought to us. They were very lovely hosts. Thank you.

What a wonderful first holiday with our 14-month-old daughter! Our stay in the luxury villa really exceeded all our expectations – in reality it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Georgia, the landlady, was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. Everything was arranged to perfection: baby bed, buggy, dresser and even a car seat were already ready. When we indicated that the sockets were exactly at the eye level of our little ones, this feedback was, to our surprise, followed up the next day and the sockets were made childproof. Although there had been a big sandstorm just before our arrival, there was no sign of it. Everything was spotless and hygienic. Thanks to the great service, warm welcome and beautiful accommodation, we immediately felt at home. It was our first time in Crete, but certainly not the last – we highly recommend this place!

Great accommodation, right on the beach! We had perfect swimming weather at the end of October and the beach completely to ourselves! Sidonia is very remote, in the off-season there is still 1 tavern open, you have to be aware of that! Great for relaxing and simply enjoying the beach and sea.

We had an amazing week - we really enjoyed the house and its amenities and the beach is just across the street, so it’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy. If you like to run, there’s a long beach just a few mins away. Hosts were great, very responsive and super helpful. 100% recommend, would definitely come back.

Lovely little apartment on two floors. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of linens, towels, and spare blankets and pillows. The kitchen is well equipped, although in a very narrow space. I loved the private beach. A steep descent, which was easily accessible. I can only recommend the place

We loved our stay! The apartment is located just on top of the Taverna and about 15 meters from the beach. Within 5 minutes walk there is also a yoga location offering amazing drop in classes. From the moment we drove into the town we were warmly greeted by the lambros family. We spent the next 5 days at the beach and taverna relaxing. It was a great experience and we truly felt part of the local community for the short period we stayed. I highly recommend it if you want to relax and do less rather than more! The apartment is spacious and provides all you need for your stay, including a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space to chill.

We were in the apartment with our 2 children. The location is great, there are 2 minimarkets right next to it, an ATM, a doctor and in 5 minutes you can walk to the beach. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The landlords took great care of us and were always available. The small garden is also great, where the children can play in the shade away from the street.

There were two of us on site for a total of five nights. The place is fantastic and is right in a beautiful bay with a beautiful beach. For two people, the accommodation is completely sufficient and well equipped from the place. On the beach is a restaurant with delicious Greek food at fair prices. The bay is great for snorkeling and swimming, as the sea is very quiet most of the time. If you want to experience more than spending the day by the sea, you are definitely dependent on a car, which is normal for Crete. Christina as a host was very warm, accommodating and helpful. If you had any questions, they were promptly answered via text message. I can only recommend the property and Christina as a host to anyone.

The accommodation offered a spectacular sea view, which made every morning a special experience. The apartment was modern and extremely clean, which immediately ensured well-being. I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the owner. At my request, the towels were promptly renewed, and when an unexpected sandstorm arose, he immediately took care of cleaning the accommodation. The location was ideal, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The beaches were breathtaking, and I enjoyed swimming in the crystal-clear water. The local Go providers were extremely helpful and gave me valuable tips that enriched my stay. Communication was straightforward, as they spoke fluent English. Overall, it was an unforgettable vacation that I can recommend to everyone.

The place was very clean and tidy. At night, the street and the crowded dogs in the neighborhood were a bit disruptive. The garden is a little more unkempt than the pictures. But otherwise we felt very comfortable and at home. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Would definitely recommend the appartment.
