Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ierissos

Wir waren fünf Tage bei Chris und seiner Frau zu Gast. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. :) Die Katze kommt ab und zu auch mal zu Besuch! ;)

Αρκετές μέρες πριν φτάσω υπήρχαν σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη μου. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος. Οι οικοδεσπότες ανταποκρίνονταν άμεσα στα μηνύματα. Θα πρότεινα αυτό το καταλυμα σε κάποιον φίλο και θα πήγαινα ξανά.

Great connections .. bus up front .. easy access - walkable to the bay

Çok güvenli ve konforlu bir konaklamaydı. Beklediğimizden de güzel bir ortamla karşılaştık. Konumu tüm şehri kısa sürede gezebilmek için çok uygundu. Tekrar konaklamayı çok isteriz.

Alt kat çift kişilik yatak, açık mutfak ve banyo-WC den oluşuyor. Merdivenle çıkılan çatı arası ise yine çift kişilik bir yatak ve vestiyer alanına sahip. Dışarıda verandada masa sandalye mevcut. Yemeklerimizi yediğimiz alan burası oldu. Yemyeşil bir bahçesi var. Peyzaj çalışmaları devam eden bir bölümü var muhtemelen 1-2 hafta içerisinde tamamlanır. Eksiği kalmaz. Ev sahibi ve annesi çok yardım sever ve misafirperver. Mutfak için ekipman daha fazla olabilirdi. 4 kişi olunca biraz zorlandık. Ancak, eksikler hemen gideriliyor. Plaja çok yakın ve çevrede market vs. Alışveriş ve restoran imkanları çok. Tercih edilebilir. Pefkochori de çok güzel bir bölge.

Nikos was an amazing host l! He was very helpful and polite ! The communication was easy and fast and everything worked perfect ! The apartment is very beautiful as described in the pictures and it was very clean, providing everything that someone needs to feel home ! I am 100% recommending this host and stay ! Perfect location (across the street from a Byzantine church, steps from the main street with bus to airport, restaurants all around etc). Pleasant comfortable well-equipped flat, owner easy to deal with. I had a minor issue with the washing machine, which didn't seem to rinse properly, but perhaps I put too much soap in -- don't use a pod, as I did.

Eve giriş için bütün talimatlar açıklayıcı ve kolaydı. Balkondan manzara güzeldi. 3 kişi için rahat ve idealdi ama 4 yetişkin kişi biraz zor olabilir. Bütün herşey geldiğimizde hazırdı. Çarşaflar temiz ve yeni yılanmıştı. Mutfak eşyaları fazlasıyla yeterli ve kullanışlıydı. Selanike tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir yer. Ev sahibi de bıkmadan usanmadan her soruma hızlı ve içten dönüşler yaptı.kendisine çok teşekkür ederm

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

Das Apartment von Konstadina hat die perfekte Lage in Nea Peramos; viele Restaurants, ein Supermarkt, sowie der Strand sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und Konstadina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Yannis was a fantastic host, super friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The house was great, very close to the beach and good restaurants. Bonus cool thing- a fisherman drives by the house almost every day with fresh fish, we grilled them and it was phenomenal.

I had a very comfortable three-day stay here. The room was clean, well-equipped, and made it easy to relax. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The place is conveniently close to the airport, and the beach is just a short walk away. Plus, the nearby area offers very affordable options for dining and shopping. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a worry-free stay. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Ο Βαλάντης ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Μας έδωσε σαφέστατες οδηγίες, ώστε να βρούμε το σπίτι με ευκολία. Η γειτονιά ήσυχη, το σπίτι καθαρό και αρκετά όμορφο. Επιπλέον, επειδή θέλαμε να μείνουμε μια μέρα επιπλέον και δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα στο σπίτι που μέναμε, μας έφερε σε επαφή με κάποια γνωστή του, ώστε να συνεχίσουμε τις διακοπές μας. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Great stay in the heart of Thessaloniki. Everything we wanted to do was within a 15-20 min walk!

We stayed for 2.5 weeks and it was wonderful. The place didn't have enough supplies for the length of stay so we bought some and asked him to provide some He had the extra supplies delivered to our door within a day. Other than that minor thing everything else was perfect from the location to the amenities to the communication. I would stay here again for my next trip but it's already booked!

I had a great stay here, the instructions of Paraskevi were excellent so that it was easy to find and get in. She was also proactive in giving me all the necessary details and giving me a welcoming stay. The place is beautiful: small, but cozy with all the necessary amenities, a big bed and an amazing balcony from which you can see the surrounding city and Mt Olympus (bis plus!). The location is also within walking distance to other sides and the sea front and also reachable by bus from the airport. It was a lovely stay and I would book it again.

Nandia’s place is located in one of the best areas of Thessaloniki, surrounded by greenery in a very quiet neighborhood. Of course, you do need a car to get to the city center. It's exactly what you need to relax. Her place was very well-kept. From there, you can plan your excursions to explore the city’s ancient and Byzantine heritage, its beaches, and its amazing food. Katerina's apartment is perfect for large groups like ours. It is very centrally located, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It is also close to the metro station and you can get around the city really easily. Katerina also described the apartment very accurately and was very responsive to my messages. All in all a great experience and a clear recommendation!

It looked exactly like the photos, it was very clean, and equipped with everything needed for our stay: toiletries, cleaning products, towels, and bedding. Dimitris was friendly and prompt with his responses, even when I messaged him at midnight upon our arrival. The location is excellent, smack-bang in the middle of the city centre. We will definitely go back if we decide to visit Thessaloniki again.
