The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

We really enjoyed this unit. It was about a 20 -25 min walk into the city centre which we enjoyed. We had a car and did not have a problem parking outside the unit. Parking was much cheaper than if we stayed in the city centre. It was a great location for driving to other sight. There was air conditioning in one of the bedrooms which was very nice. This unit was very clean and well equipped. The outdoor space was nice. The location was quiet. We would highly recommend this place.

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

We spent four wonderful days in Stephanie's accommodation in Innsbruck and can recommend it without reservation. Even in advance, the contact with Stephanie was super friendly, helpful and uncomplicated – she quickly responded to messages and gave valuable tips for our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal: quiet, yet central. You can reach the old town, great cafés and hiking trails in no time – perfect for those who want to explore Innsbruck or enjoy nature. Stephanie was a fantastic host – warm, respectful and always available if you had a question. You can tell that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!!
