Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Rustic, peaceful and charming place. Everything was ready for our arrival. We loved our stay and Piritta was very helpful in solving some issues we had with our travel arrangements before arriving and towards the end of our stay. I can whole-heartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for some peace and quiet away from the city.

We had a bachelor party at this accommodation, and the place was just right for that purpose! The warm atmosphere and decor of the accommodation created a good vibe. Karaoke equipment and the possibility of a pool were a big plus. Pia was very kind and helpful, which made the whole arrangement uncomplicated. We highly recommend this place especially for those traveling in a group – a wonderful experience!✨

A very suitable cottage for a few people in a beautiful quiet location by the lake, yet close to the services of Kouvola. There wasn't an oven in the kitchen, but thankfully this was what we did in advance from Google ratings so we knew how to change the menu accordingly. The firewood was quite big and the grill required the purchase of charcoal, but otherwise everything was found and worked. Very nice and helpful owners who helped quickly if needed :)

A peaceful and welcoming place to stay with an incredibly beautiful lakefront location. Great outdoor trails leave right next to the place to stay. It was lovely to sit on a glazed deck and a lakeside sauna terrace admiring summer and nature.

As the name suggests, a fairytale house. A unique and cozy accommodation experience in the peaceful and atmospheric surroundings of Anttilanmäki. In the evening, you could sit on the porch and enjoy the scents of the garden. Eeva was super nice and gave a comprehensive presentation of the house and its history. The house had all the necessary amenities for two travelers and we slept well. The heartfelt atmosphere at home was strongly remembered.

Very nice and cozy accommodation with plenty of space. A friendly couple of owners welcomed us. It was nice to relax in the yard sauna after the hike to Lake Kukul. The location of the accommodation is great, as it is located in a quiet neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from the restaurants and activities of Strömfors Ruukki.

Everything went brilliantly, I can recommend it to others. Quiet neighbors, hardly any noise.

We really enjoyed our midsummer there. The place is calm, however, lots of things to do for small kids, both indoor and outdoor. Our host Teemu was super helpful and we had easy communication.

Apartment is located in a quiet street in an atmospheric older house easily reachable by car and with all the needed amenities. Our 1.5 year old son enjoyed playing with the toys in the apartment, having a highchair made dinner easy. The beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep!
