Our old house, renovated in 2014 and in 2015 for the annex, can accommodate 13 people on 130 m². It is surrounded by dry-stone walls. The house is in the center of the island, in the countryside, close to a variety of animals (donkeys, horses, chickens...), 8 minutes by bike from the port and the wild coast. Two other ads describe our accommodation for a reduced number of people (either 5 for one part, or 8 for the other). Rates shown here are for the whole property.

Come and enjoy the Île d'Yeu in our quiet island house, not overlooked, and close to the beaches (1 km) and the village of Saint Sauveur (1.2 km). It has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its adjoining shower room, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed + 1 90 cm bunk bed. The large living room overlooks a south-facing terrace, in a 600 m2 garden. The kitchen has all the amenities for a real vacation.

In Saint-Sauveur, 200 m from shops, on a very quiet 300 m2 plot, the house is composed of 2 separate buildings. The 35 m2 kitchen/living room is fully equipped. The bedroom building contains 2 bedrooms included in the base rate with new bedding (2 double beds or 4 single beds). A third bedroom with a double bed (or 2 single beds) not included in the base price can accommodate 2 more people. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. Separate toilet.
