Cette maison est prête pour accueillir une famille avec 3 enfants ou 2 couples. Ce logement Ouessantin a été entièrement rénové tout en gardant le charme de l’ancien. À 10 minutes à pied de l’embarcadère du Stiff et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage d’Arlan. Le quartier est calme, à 10 minutes en vélo du bourg. Le marché hebdomadaire est le mercredi et le samedi matin à l'ancienne école "Sainte-Anne" au bourg de Lampaul.
