Περάσαμε καταπληκτικά. Άξιζε απίστευτα το κατάλυμα. Τρομερός χώρος για χαλάρωση, όμορφη τοποθεσία. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν τρομερή. Ότι πρόβλημα είχαμε λύθηκε σε ελάχιστα λεπτά. Επίσης, υπέροχο μπαλκόνι για παρέα.

Bewertung: 5 Sterne Mein Aufenthalt in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft in Griechenland war einfach perfekt! Die Lage ist traumhaft – nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und umgeben von atemberaubender Natur. Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders gefallen hat mir der großzügige Balkon mit Meerblick, auf dem ich jeden Morgen meinen Kaffee genießen konnte. Der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps zu lokalen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Der Check-in war problemlos und sehr flexibel. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon darauf, bei meinem nächsten Griechenland-Urlaub wieder hier zu übernachten. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Erfahrung!

Einzigartige Unterkunft am Ortsrand von Litochoro in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Blitzsaubere Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt und noch mehr... Terrasse mit Möbeln und einem spektakulären Ausblick auf das Olymp Massiv. Einige wenige Gehminuten ins Ortszentrum mit vielen Tavernen und Cafes. Die Kommunikation mit vid verlief über Telefon und war hervorragend. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Roland und Elisabeth

Amazing place to stay. We went to Katerini for our pre-wedding party, and we had an unfortunate event that the initial place we were staying was no longer available. We found Elena’s place via the app, and we booked it truly last minute, and Elena was super responsive. She called me 5 mins after I made the booking, and she managed to have the place ready after 1 hour. Bravo, great hostess! The place was amazing, nearby the city center, everything was clean, and a very quiet neighbourhood.

Прекрасно място, може би най-доброто в което съм била в Гърция, апартамента е чудесен,много просторен и оборудван с всичко необходимо, дори комплимент от домакина.Терасата гледа към морето и е прекрасно място за релакс.Домакина е много отзивчив, пристигнахме по-рано, но веднага се настанихме! Много благодарим за отличния престой, със сигурност ще се върнем отново.

Posto tranquillo in campagna vicino il mare. Non lontano da Lithocoro e dal monte Olimpo e vicino al mare. Monolocale accogliente dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno di una coppia.

Tolle Apartment. Sehr einfach zu finden. Ruhige Gegend. Sehr freundliche Nachbarn.

Tutto perfetto. La casa nuova grande e pulitissima. Ottima posizione a 1 minuti dal mare e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Si dorme bene e ci si rilassa nell’ampio giardino, con un utilissimo posto auto. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha permesso anche di posticipare il check out. Grazie ancora per la bellissima accoglienza.

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

We spent our Easter holidays with our kids and extended family from Greece and Germany — and everyone absolutely loved it! The location is exceptional, close to Litochoro and Plaka, with stunning views of Mount Olympus and the sea. It’s the perfect place for a large group or big family. The kids had a great time playing in the garden, enjoying the small private playground, and exploring the natural surroundings. We made good use of the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue area to cook and enjoy meals together — everything we needed was right there. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already planning to come back!

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Een vriendelijke host. Hij gaf leuke tips om te doen en waar we goed konden eten. Het huis was ruim en heeft fijne bedden.

Had er graag meerdere dagen verbleven prachtig appartement

Dit was de beste ervaring die we ooit hebben gehad op Airbnb! Zowel het logement als de host waren absoluut fantastisch. Het huisje is erg nieuw en heeft alles wat je maar kunt wensen. De douche heeft een hoge druk stand en is relaxerend, de ruimte is erg gezellig ingericht en de TV is magnifiek en van hoge kwaliteit. Bovendien is de locatie ook buiten de grote drukte van het centrum van Peraia en ligt er een gezellig strandje net voor de deur. Het verblijf heeft er een topvakantie van gemaakt voor mij en mijn vriendin. Vasiliki was super behulpzaam en heeft ons top suggesties gegeven. We hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen! :)

Πολύ ευχάριστος και λειτουργικός χώρος. Ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Όλα καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα. Σε κεντρικό σημείο, λιγα μέτρα από την παραλία και τα καταστήματα. Η Έλενα ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα με ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμό. Πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική έκανε τις διακοπές μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστες. Σίγουρα θα ξαναρθούμε

Thomas and Elpida are wonderful hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. The apartment is very nice and about a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. We had a very nice stay, we recommend this house and the hosts!

Die Wohnung von George war exakt wie beschrieben. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, der Blick von der Terrasse traumhaft. George war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat umgehend geantwortet. Der flexible Check-In mit der Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert, das war sehr wichtig, weil wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit einem Stockbett. Der Esstisch ist in der Küche verbaut und muss herausgezogen werden. Das hat gut funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht nicht die neueste, aber es ist alles gut in Schuss. Wir können die Wohnung und auch George als Vermieter jedem weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!

The apartment is situated in a building with a parking sport and a yard. Inside the apartment everything was wonderful - clean spacious, with lovely small details. Nikoletta has prepared some complimentary snacks and drinks for us, which was really great. To reach the beach a car is needed and same is to get to a restaurant. But there's a local market, a bakery and a pharmacy in 5mins walking distance from the apartment. Overall it was a lovely stay!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος !! Η οικοδέσποινα , εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει !! Θα επισκεφθούμε εκ νέου τον χώρο , στην επόμενη μας επίσκεψη στην πόλη της Κοζάνης !

Appartamento nuovo, molto ben equipaggiato, pulito con parcheggio privato. Ideale per due persone, ma anche adeguato a chi viaggia con un bambino/a. Non lontano dal centro che è comodo da raggiungere in taxi o in auto e ben posizionato per partire alla scoperta dei siti archeologici di Pella e Aigai. La zona circostante non offre il massimo, ma a 5-10 min a piedi c’è un centro commerciale con un supermercato super fornito. I nostri hosts son stati super gentili.
