The Finkennest is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen, Manzell district, only approx. 10 minutes' walk (700 m) from the lakeshore (shore path by the lake, no lido). The campus by the lake of the ZU is also within 10 minutes' walk. But nevertheless, the city center is within 14 minutes comfortably by city bus, the exhibition grounds in about 30 minutes without changing trains. Apartment near the lake

Lake Constance is a 10-minute walk from here. There is a great lake and outdoor pool or a recreational area with free access and SUP rental. The fully signposted Lake Constance cycle path, as one of the most popular cycle paths in Europe, runs for around 260 kilometers along the lake shore. There are beautiful hiking trails for nature lovers or as a starting point for many sights around Lake Constance such as Meersburg, Constance, Bregenz Festival, Mainau Island, and much more.

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. The living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is within 5 minutes walking distance and the outdoor pool is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snacks, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

Hagnau is 3 km away and Meersburg is 5 km away. Day trips to Switzerland and Austria are available. On the 20 sqm covered terrace in front of the apartment, you can enjoy the view of the garden, barbecue, eat or simply let your soul swing in the Hollywood swing. The apartment is approximately 54 square meters and is located on the first floor of our 2-family house. All windows of the apartment are equipped with fly screens. Free parking is available.
