Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Imperia

Un endroit magnifique en pleine nature et au calme complet. La Dolce Vita est ici un art de vivre... Nous avons adoré cet endroit, mais il est un peu difficile d'y arriver de nuit, car les routes sont étroites et un peu vétustes.

Das Häuschen von Tatjana ist ein Träumchen! Ein so gut rundum perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus haben wir selten gehabt. Unsere 10 Tage im Mai waren vom Wetter her eher kühl, so dass wir den Kamin und das reichlich vorhandene Holz besonders zu schätzen wussten, ebenso wie die Heizkörper in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad. Die vielen Möglichkeiten, sich draußen ein schönes Plätzchen zum Relaxen auf den bequemen Sonnenliegen zu suchen, je nachdem, ob man die volle Sonne, Halbschatten unter den Olivenbäumen oder vollen Schatten suchte, waren ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. Der Pfad zum wild rauschenden Bergbach unten im Tal war gut zu finden, für ältere Kinder und fitte Erwachsene könnte das Baden in diesem Bach im Sommer sicherlich ein großes Vergnügen sein - uns war das Wasser leider noch viel zu kalt! Der Urlaub an diesem wirklich zauberhaften Ort war viel zu kurz, um alles auszuschöpfen, was die nähere und weitere Umgebung bietet - wir müssen wohl noch einmal kommen! :) Außergewöhnlich!

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

Très beau petit appartement au calme, bien agencé avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle. Aisha, toujours très accueillante et serviable avec toujours ces petites attentions envers ses hôtes. Forcément nous reviendrons.

Casa molto accogliente e in sintonia con l'atmosfera di Bussana vecchia. Alloggio confortevole, pulito; bel terrazzino con vista su Bussana. Ingrida molto disponibile, ci ha permesso di mettere le biciclette in un posto al sicuro.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in dem Haus von Grégory verbracht. Der Garten hat uns besonders gut gefallen und wir haben die meiste Zeit deshalb draußen verbracht. Die Nächte waren ruhig und erholsam. Nathalie war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen!!

We were a group of ten people staying at Marcel's villa. Eight of us slept in the available beds while two slept in the bunk beds, which was completely fine. The villa is a marvel with many different sections and spots to relax, swim, cook, and much more. Beware that the driveway is very tight, and we spent some time on the logistics of having two cars in the garage. They both fit, but quite a bit of time was spent maneuvering around. The area around the villa provides lots of different activities. During the week, we played padel, golf, tennis, hiked, ran, and biked all within a short ten-minute drive. Marcel and Liga provided us with lots of tips on the area and helped us out quickly if there were any questions. We really hope to be back sometime, thanks, Marcel and Liga!

Wir hatten das grsse Glück, eine unvergessliche Woche in diesem traumhaften Haus zu verbringen. Vom ersten Moment an waren wir begeistert – Luisa und Felix haben bei der Renovierung wirklich keine Mühen gescheut, und man spürt in jedem Raum die Liebe zum Detail. Die hilfreichen Informationen und Tipps, die wir vorab erhalten haben, waren eine perfekte Ergänzung und haben uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wer Ruhe, Gemütlichkeit und Frieden sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt in einer idyllischen Umgebung, und das Meer ist in nur 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein weiteres Highlight in der Nähe ist ein charmantes italienisches Restaurant mit einem kleinen Laden, in dem es nicht nur köstliche lokale Produkte, sondern auch den besten Ziegenkäse gibt. Rundum ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen!

Nous avons passés 3 nuits dans ce logement dans le but de se déconnecter, se reposer et etre depaysé! Ça a été le cas, l'endroit est très calme, on est entouré de nature et la maison ainsi que la piscine invite au calme et à faire les crêpes toute la journée. Les hôtes ont été adorables, la personne qui nous a accueilli nous a fait part de plusieurs adresses de restaurant dans les villages alentours et les 3 adresses de restaurant que nous avons eu le temps de faire étaient toutes à la hauteur de leurs notes. Nous avons passés un excellent séjours et nous recommandons vivement ce logement! Merci encore!

We had a fantastic stay - the Airbnb was clean and in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. Cecilia was very communicative and a great host. We would happily return to this Airbnb again!

The apartment is huge and maybe nicer than the photos show. Large rooms, high ceilings, and a pleasant atmosphere looking out over a lush courtyard. Bountiful air conditioning, good WiFi, and quiet at night. The location is excellent- very central to the train station, the old town, and the promenade. It’s extremely convenient to transportation (which is really easy to use in Nice). The big train station is a close walk, but it’s also a block away from both tram lines as well as multiple major bus lines. Great place.

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre Andre's apartment. Doumé was incredibly helpful and communicative. We were right by the train station and a tram stop which made it super easy to get around. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Perfectly located in the heart of old town, it’s steps away from major attractions, beach restaurants, and public transport. The place was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Patricia was very helpful and proactive. She was also very friendly

Grégoire's place was so wonderful to stay in. Check in was so easy, Grégoire met me and showed me the place. The location could not be more perfect, just steps from the beach, in the middle of everything in Old Town with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful and is surprisingly peaceful and quiet despite being in the middle of the city. It felt really like home. I wished I could have stayed longer!

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Sonia und ihr Mann sind hervorragende Gastgerber! Beim Check-in haben sie uns herzlich empfangen und uns über das Haus sowie dessen Umgebung und Empfehlenswertes aufgeklärt. Das Haus bietet so viel, dass man sich wohlfühlen kann - Grillmöglichkeit, eine Lounge, ein schöner Garten und genügend Platz um seine Ferien geniessen zu können. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Alloggio splendido, sia nella parte interna che quella esterna, dotata di piscina, sauna e vasca idromassaggio, che l'host ci ha fatto trovare riscaldata per il nostro arrivo. Casa pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Host molto amichevoli e super disponibili

Nice location. The house and terrace has plenty of space and good places to sit and eat. We enjoyed also the pool. We were there for biking and cycling 10days. Good place for both.

We loved our stay in this villa. It was in a beautiful location, high above the village of Aspremont. Lovely hiking and walking options nearby. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were all charming with a different decor. The master bathroom upstairs was clean and had pretty good water pressure in the shower. The infinity pool was wonderful and the outdoor space had a lot of different areas to relax, grill, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a dishwasher. Julie, our host, was always responsive and friendly. The only things I would point out is that this area has really windy, narrow roads with hairpin turns, so if that’s not your thing driving, be prepared. Aspremont village doesn’t have much going on - very few restaurants etc. There are definitely other towns nearby that have more to do (e.g., Nice is a 30 mins drive). Finally, the internet connection is mediocre so if you need to connect for work, it may not be the best for things like video calls.

Nico was a wonderful host, he waited up for us and gave us a tour of all the houses features, including the swimming pool, a barbecue and even a pizza oven. Water pressure was great, and plenty of public areas, both indoors and outdoors. The only possible drawback is that you have to drive up and down the hill to get into Metro Nice, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, that's actually a plus. We highly recommend Nico and his house. We would gladly stay there again.

Hervé is truly a special person. Kind, friendly, helpful, generous, and fun. He immediately felt like a friend or like someone we would want to be friends with. Hervé has a big, beautiful heart and he clearly genuinely loves sharing his home with people. The location was beautiful and magical. It was so clean! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and much more! It was so easy to get around that I was even able to ride into the port of Nice to take a hot yoga class. We attended the Grand Prix and Hervé gave us perfect instructions on how to get there. In all of our years of travel, we have never actually booked an Airbnb, but have opted for vacation rental management companies. Hervé’s home and hospitality were the best we have ever experienced. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Hervé!
