For a nature lover like me, Joy’s place was just perfect! The house is surrounded by trees, making it peaceful and refreshing. It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You get access to most of the villa, except for two locked rooms, but the space is more than sufficient and never felt restrictive. Uncle and Aunty live in the back portion, which was actually reassuring because they were always nearby if we needed anything. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. What truly made this stay special was their warmth and hospitality. Aunty’s food was amazing - she even made North Indian dishes just for us, which made us feel at home. And Uncle was incredibly kind. When I had a minor fall and needed a doctor, he immediately arranged for a checkup and made sure I was okay. Their kindness and generosity made this place more than just accommodation - it truly felt like home. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience staying at Rustling nest. I went with my family and it was first trip with my infant. I was in doubt regarding mosquitos, but the home was extremely clean and no mosquitos around at least inside the home and the rooms. My baby slept peacefully and we wake up with sunrays coming through our ceiling and beautiful sounds of birds and peacocks. Naveena and Nayaka were very friendly, treating us like family. And the lady also treated our baby with such affection. Thank you each and everyone. Loved the breakfast by riverside the view was superb and the idli coconut chutney so yummy! Each and every item has been meticulously planned for the cozy decor. The garden area was very beautiful and we loved the cycle rides. Raining around in the midst of nature it was surely a memorable experience! we loved it and surely recommend to anyone looking for comfortable cozy homely relaxing peaceful stay in Srirangapatna. We stayed here for a couple of days and had a truly calm and pleasant experience. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is a beautiful, traditional Kerala heritage house with lots of trees lining the entrance, adding to its charm and peaceful vibe. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. The host can arrange delicious local meals on request, which are delivered right to the doorstep — a very convenient touch. There were some mosquitoes, but nothing unmanageable. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the authentic charm of Kerala in a serene setting.

Helene and Vishnu have built a beautiful place for themselves, which they very kindly and generously extend and share with their guests. I cannot emphasise enough their generosity and warmth as hosts, it's overwhelmingly beautiful. Of the place itself, I really wish this experience for everyone. It's a beautiful home amidst an even more beautiful surrounding. The design and construction of the cottage is a sheer labour of love, and one cherishes it so much. You'll be living a stone's throw away from a gorgeous river, surrounded by dense Shola vegetation. The space is shared with all sorts of wonderful flora and fauna, and while that might feel challenging at first, one gets used to it very quickly. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any and every basic necessity, as was the rest of the home. Plan and pack well in terms of groceries, and you are bound to have a wonderful time cooking in the lovely kitchen. I'll definitely be coming back the soonest I can.
