Beach house holiday rentals in Indian Shores

This was our first stay on the Gulf side of Florida, we made the best choice staying on IRB. After comparing locations, properties, reviews and cost, we choose Sabrina's location. The property is a duplex and were fortunate to be the only occupants during our stay. This made the property feel bigger and more private. There are two designated outdoor spaces for each unit and a common area for both to enjoy. I highly recommend having your coffee, meal or downtime under the carport. There's a fantastic breeze and the rustle of the palm trees sets the scene. Full sized laundry facilities on site. Bikes and beach gear for use. Our unit slept 4 and wasn't crowded. What made our stay stand out; well appointed & renovated unit, responsive & proactive host, proximity to the beach, food, coffee etc. You're on island time and speed, slow down and enjoy it. The cops are present for everyone's safety and enjoyment. The beach is clean and not 'resorty'. It has a local vibe. We had a fantastic stay!

We have stayed at Lisa’s place twice. It is our home away from home in Florida. The house is perfect for a family stay. The beach access and walkable restaurants are so nice. When someone says “are we booking THE house?” They mean this one. 10/10.

Michael’s house was very nice and convenient for going to the beach with kiddos. He made available many items that made the stay comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Would definitely bring my family back here next summer!

Perfect bungalow steps away from the beach! Beautiful decor and open living room area and kitchen. It had everything we needed and more. Peaceful environment with gorgeous sunsets. Close to Pier 60 - a pier with a fun family environment, a variety of vendors and restaurants near the beach! I definitely recommend Susi and George’s beach house and am keeping it on my go back list! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beach house. Loved all the decor around the home!!

There were beach chairs, beach towels, wagon and toys. Also plenty of bathroom towels and the kitchen was well equipped. Our grandkids enjoyed the downstairs game room

Abiee was a great host! Very responsive with any small issues/questions that we had! We had a great time at this location, very close to the beach. Lots of beach equipment to use as well! Overall it was a good stay, if I could, my rating would be 4.5 stars. The area can be a bit noisy, if you’re looking for somewhere very quiet, keep that in mind! The windows seem to be very old, you can hear any noises outside very clearly. You can also hear the people upstairs walking and doing day to day things which can get a bit frustrating when you’re trying to relax. This is a great place, just keep in mind that if there’s people above you, it’s not going to be super quiet.

Great hosts. Great communication. Place was lovely!!! Very comfortable. Host made arrangements for a different and comparable place immediately after the condo association unexpectedly closed our original place to stay for repairs from hurricane damage. We weren’t notified that the pool hadn’t been reopened (at either place). The pictures showed a functional pool and nothing that indicated it was closed. The kids were disappointed but this gave us all more beach time which is why we were there in the first place. I’m sure this was just an oversight after all the devastation that occurred there last summer. Can’t imagine what that was like. Thankful we could come back.

This place is incredibly close to a beautiful beach. Walk out the door, down the stairs, turn right, walk for a minute and your feet are in the sand. We didn't leave the beach so can't give info on the area. This was exactly what we wanted. A place with a kitchen and close to a beach. Perfection. I would prefer a different shower head for washing my hair but that would not keep us from visiting again. The owners also have so many beach amenities available as well which makes packing light. 5 stars!!!!!!

This house was exactly how it was described and even better. Spacious, clean, filled with fun and convenient accessories for the house, pool and beach. I wish all AirBnB homes were like this. We had a great time. Thank you!!!

This stay was great ! The pool was a very nice amenity that we enjoyed, the game room was used immensely by everyone ! The rooms and bathrooms were great though we spent a lot of time in the kitchen and the living room ! Very close to the freeway which we used everyday and very close to grocery stores and Walgreens! The stay was great and Maria helped us a lot on some unexpected arrival times ! Thank you for letting us stay in your home !

Beautiful stay and perfect for families! Could not recommend enough - close to the beach, groceries, shopping, etc. We liked Indian rocks beach better than clearwater because it was way less crowded and more peaceful. The space included beach accessories, chairs, toys for the kids, umbrellas, towels and the pool /outdoor patio space was great. We would absolutely come back here!

This is the second year we stayed here & love it even more! Not only is the house itself great, the best parts are the pool and walking just around the corner to the beach! This was the ultimate spot for our little girls and the grandparents to share! The washer and dryer is a huge plus traveling with kids! Pretty sure we will be back yearly! Steve is great at reaching out and making sure you have all that you need!

Great location within a short walk to beach and IRB restaurants. Home was clean with new finishes. Worked great for our family of five for the long weekend. Beach chairs and wagon made beaching very easy. Jay was informative, easy to work with, and responsive.

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday at this property. The property is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants but the golf cart provided is a bonus (although this can’t now be used along Gulf Blvd so use the back streets). The property is spacious and well equipped for eating at home. The pool is a great feature to the property (and is cleaned regularly) and the outside spaces are really lovely. We were treated to a raccoon walking across the yard about 11 pm one evening and a young owl falling from its nest and watching us in the pool for a while before flying back up to Mum in their nest in one of the trees. (Clearly wasn’t overly thrilled with our 7 year old Grandaughter’s offer to take it home with her!) The nature reserve close by is beautiful and our grown up kids made use of the kayaks provided at the property. All in all a great time had by all in a great property.

We had a great stay! Everything we wanted to do was within driving range. The house had everything we needed to hang by the pool and beach. The restaurant recommendations did not disappoint. Krystyna was extremely friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely return.

We felt very comfortable and at home here! Andrea’s place had everything we needed for our stay, the kids enjoyed the pool while we grilled on the outdoor patio area and it was just a short drive to the beach.

Super cute place! This stay was clean, cozy, and close to the beach. Victoria was very friendly and helpful with checking in. I definitely recommend this place!

Anthony's place was very comfortable with great furnishings, the kitchen had absolutely everything you needed. The space was clean and well stocked. Short walk to the beach. We had a few glitches and Anthony came over right away to fix things. We extended our stay!

What a lovely location and beautiful home! Excellent experience from the start, phenomenal communication, great value, and a wonderful getaway for us all. Exceptionally clean home and we felt right at home. The back porch and canal view were breathtaking and peaceful. So worth everything. We had the BEST of time with so much FUN at our fingertips. We had a great family stay! The property was well maintained, pool in great shape, kitchens had anything we needed and plenty of extra linens. Jess was very responsive to our questions and needs. A beautiful piece of paradise in IRB!

Our stay was more than we could’ve hoped for! When we arrived the space was unbelievably clean and also had just about everything we needed for the whole week. Nicole is also an amazing host, and her response time to any questions we had during our stay was almost immediate. She is definitely the best host i’ve ever had, and she made our week so easy with her help and a beautiful place to stay.

I used to live in IRB and wanted to show the family a little of my old home. Our unit was private, clean, a stone’s throw from the water, and exactly what I had hoped for. It’s a lovely place and we’ll be returning to the very same one next time.

We stayed at the Canary cove for a while with two toddlers and a baby. It was a fantastic experience! Jenn was super kind to us with all the extra baby/kiddo items. The place is stoked on toys and small child dinnerware and beach gear and so much more. It is very safe and walkable, very close to the beach. The house amenities and layout are also very convenient. Plus Jenn gave us lots of suggestions on what to do on our last day after checkout - super helpful! We loved it there and definitely will be back in the future.
