Really enjoyed my stay. Situated in a really nice, quiet and walkable neighborhood with lots of food/drink options minutes away….my favorites were Sweet Lou’s BBQ and Birdsong Brewing. The greenway is right around the block as well! The space is exactly as described. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

My family and I enjoyed the stay very much. It was said that if we ever come back to this area, we would love to stay there again. Everything was above and beyond what I expected. The owners did a great job of making us feel very comfortable, the house was spectacular, the accommodations were fantastic, location was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Brandon’s place in Monroe was just what my family needed for a visit. The place was well laid out and furnished, and the location was easy for us to navigate from and to while we were in town. It had a nice yard for our pup to run around too!

The kube was great, simple studio and comfortable stay. Joe boxer loved the totally fenced in yard since he was able to run and play freely! Would definitely recommend!

The house was great and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard was peaceful, especially at night with the lights and the hot tub. We had our adult sons with us and we could not hear them moving around and watching TV while we were sleeping, the house is sound proof! I did have to sweep off the back patio furniture when we arrived, it didn't look like that had been done in a while, or it might have just been from a storm - no big deal, the broom was easy to find. The house is older, with a nice mid-century modern vibe - very cozy. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay at the barn loft. It was the perfect, cozy little weekend getaway. Really loved feeding the animals. It was the perfect place for our two big pups and they appreciated the treats and poops bags! We will be back!

The place was absolutely amazing, very responsive host. The scenery and peace that came with it was one of a kind. The sleep that the beds provided made me want to get new mattresses as well. On of the best airbnbs out of the 30+ I’ve stayed in .

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

Rob and Heather’s home in Pineville was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family who lived nearby. The home was well decorated and very, very clean. Every bedroom had a comfy bed, blackout curtains, and a noise machine, so we all got really great sleep! Rob and Heather were incredible hosts and proactive and responsive communicators. We will definitely be staying again the next time we’re in town!

Perfect and Convenient Location I had an amazing experience staying at this AirBnB! The place was exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to a soft, inviting bed. I am live nearby but rented this airbnb for my daughter’s HS graduation party. Private backyard size with a pool, perfect for the occasion. The location was incredibly convenient – close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, yet peaceful and quiet at night. It was the perfect spot for exploring the area. The host, Marshall was excellent from the beginning, super responsive and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Their thoughtful touches, like local recommendations and little amenities, truly made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

We really enjoyed the place. A nice little country retreat just outside of mainstream suburbia. The beds were super comfy. Zzz! The porch was a relaxing place to enjoy the evening while watching the dance of the lightning bugs to the song of the birds and spring peepers. The sunroom a nice private quiet place for morning coffee. An overall well appointed and comfortable home.

This home was exactly as described, clean, roomy. The house numbers were lit up at night making it easier to find in a neighborhood after dark. Everything was there that was needed. A wonderful surprise was fresh flowers on the dining room table, live plants placed around in the living room. A flower garden out back in perfect bloom. The best part was communication, pleasant, friendly, they even gave us the cell number just in case we needed something. Should I be in this area again, there would be no hesitation to book with them again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time we became sisters on this getaway trip. It was quite clean and roomy. Every one enjoyed the peacefulness. The hosts were great and allowed us to relax and unwind without overloading us with rules and regulations. Yes, rules are in place however, they were not over the top unattainable. The response time from host was impeccable and the instructions were clear.

Joe and Mary are awesome Hosts. The property is a farm like setting with horses and chickens right outside your window We brought our 2 dogs and I asked Joe if he had a gate or something to block the staircase because we wanted our dogs to enjoy the deck. Joe replied with let me whip something up and within an hour he had built and installed a gate. Now that is accommodating your guests - WOW. Mary even brought us fresh eggs to enjoy. Another sweet gesture. All in all we recommend this air bnb.

I stayed here for a few weeks and it was great. Check in was easy, Lindsey was very responsive, and everything was as pictured. The place was spacious, had lots of natural lighting, and not too far from Charlotte + the surrounding cities. Appreciated that it was dog friendly, had an in unit washer/dryer, and had everything else I needed for a nice stay. You’re in a guesthouse, but it felt very private + you have cute goat neighbors. I would totally recommend and also stay here again if I was in the area!

Highly recommend this location and townhouse. Please remember there are lots of stairs in case you have knee or hip problems.

Tamara is an excellent host. Proactive, friendly and very responsive. The home is comfortable and clean. Decor and furniture made us feel relaxed. Very nice touches throughout the home. Every amenity was available as described. The home was perfect for our short stay. Tamara provides many extra special touches! The neighborhood is quiet. Tamara gave me quick easy directions to walk from her home to a beautiful 4-mile Greenway. I will definitely book again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property in Mint Hill! The home was clean, comfortable, and super spacious that had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, which was perfect for our family. The Bunk beds were a hit with my children as well as the ping pong table in the garage! Ryley was super responsive and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. It truly felt like a home away from home—we didn’t want to leave, so we even extend our trip! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
