A new refurbished cottage for rent with large space for 12 pieces. The cottage is located in Båstad (1866) in the municipality of Indre Østfold, Viken. Good opportunities for hikes in the forest, fishing trips both in Glomma and small ponds. During summer one can swim both in Stiklatjern and Sandstangen, road all the way forward. The sand bar is a 300 meter long seaweed of morenegrus on the east side of Øyeren in Trøgstad. Stiklatjern is located northeast of Båstad, the bathing area has the warmest bathing water with super water quality, and there is also a barbecue area.

The house has a sheltered garden with a terrace. During the summer holidays (maybe before) there is a 4x2m pool set up for the kids. We have 3 bedrooms + a basement living room with sofa bed and mattress so there is room for about 8 people. We can lay out a couple of mattresses or travel cot for smaller children. Toys and equipment for children 5-10 years are available. At the house is also a playground with football field and play equipment. Short way to public transport. Train to Oslo takes 19 minutes. The house is close to Drøbak, Tusenfryd, Ski and Vestby

This house is a luxurious home with large areas and family friendly layout, 2 big bathrooms , a spacious veranda and garden with a above ground pool. Tusenfryd amusement park is approximately 14 minutes drive from the house. Østfoldbadet (waterpark) is approximately 20 minutes drive from the house. A peaceful place to find peace with the family. Perfect for children to play freely, while allowing the adults to relax and enjoy themselves. Central, with 5 min walk to the train to Oslo (takes 25 min in). The cabin is conveniently located just a one-hour drive from both Oslo and Gardermoen. Its elevated position allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of Hemnessjøen, a popular lake for fishing all year round. During the summer, you can even borrow a boat to explore the lake. Additionally, there are some wonderful hiking areas in close proximity to the cabin, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures and connecting with nature.
