Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Innerleithen

As many have said this is a lovely place to stay, it has real charm and character you can almost imagine the people that have called this home over its long history. It’s appropriately decorated and furnished in a style fitting its heritage yet still has all the modern conveniences that we love. Situated at the opening to a beautiful park it was just perfect for our dog, it’s also only a 10 minute stroll into the town for restaurants etc. Sam was the perfect host, very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I would highly recommend this as the perfect place to stay

we had a great couple of nights stay, daughter suffers with anxiety and austim, so it was nice and peaceful. time for me to just relax. weather was great so big bonus as got to sit in garden and chill

We really enjoyed our stay at Curlew Cottage. Daniele was so welcoming and friendly that we soon felt at home in the warm and comfortable cottage with everything you need. It is wonderfully peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside for walks or relaxing with a good book. We would have liked to have stayed longer and would love to go back again. Nina's place is spotless, comfortable and well laid out. It sits in beautiful gardens and is close to a lovely walk beside the river Tweed. Nina was friendly and welcoming. A perfect stopover after an 8 hour car journey from London on our way further north.

Beautifully renovated and spacious property. Great home base for visiting mid and east Lothian. Very quiet surroundings and between rooms. Highly recommend for friend groups or families. Daniela is a very attentive hostess. Only downside- could only find 1 hair dryer and utility knives were dull.

We booked this at short notice, and Marjorie was very quick to respond and welcoming upon arrival. The cottage is in a very peaceful location on the farm and has a lot character. Each room had beautiful flower arrangements - the flowers coming from the walled garden. The walled garden is a lovely place to explore and relax in. Highly recommend.

yet another lovely few days spent in this beautiful place. Always spotlessly clean and comfortable, the standard is consistently maintained. Everything you could need and more in the cottage. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings and easy to tour around the Borders and Northumberland.

This was my friend and I first time in Scotland and we had a wonderful stay here. The location is peaceful, about 30 minutes by car or an hour by bus to central Edinburgh. There’s a big supermarket and a few good restaurants nearby, which made things very convenient. The place was spotless and very well maintained. Susan and Gerry were lovely hosts, they welcomed us with a stocked fridge, a homemade loaf of bread, and muffins which was so kind of them! The home has so much character and history, and they kindly shared its story with us. Highly recommended!

A beautiful house in a great location. Walkable to city centre or take a bus from 2 minutes walk away. House is very comfortable, I stayed with my husband and my daughter and found it very charming. Bathroom and kitchen both very clean and have all the amenities one can need. Damian was very responsive and helped us with all our queries. Ann’s place was just what we needed for our two night stay in Edinburgh. The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of all the major attractions , with a stunning view of the castle. The amenities provided allowed for a comfortable stay.

I had a lovely stay at Ash’s place while I was working at Royal Highland Show. The Annexe was clean, very spacious and peaceful and had everything you could need. The bed was so comfy, I slept so well during my stay. Ash communicated well and was very helpful! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Dawn’s flat was perfect for our four night stay! Really well situated, with lots of shops and cafes in walking distance. The flat is well equipped with everything you need and was immaculate on arrival.

A Delightful Georgian Terrace Pied-a-Terre in Central New Town it is indeed! What a treat it was to stay in Weng&Martins Place and perfect for celebrating a special birthday,within walking distance to Edinburgh central and delightful Stockbridge in a very peaceful,stunning location. Communication I have to say was great with Martin&Weng,thank you both again. The Apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything one might possibly need for a short break away,really comfortable we felt truly spoilt,along with the best hamper to enjoy so no need to rush on your first morning was greatly appreciated and so very thoughtful. We have fallen in love with Edinburgh and would not hesitate to stay at Weng&Martins gorgeous apartment on our return visit.

Good location, apartment as advertised, responsive host. Beds can be a bit small if you are not used to queen size - but the info is in the description, so nothing to complain about. Thin walls can make it hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper but it’s part of it being an older building I guess. On the whole, we had a lovely stay!

Small but nice! Everything you need is present. Public transportation around the corner. The little breakfast things were also ideal! Great accommodation.

I am a family traveler from India. Craig has rightly earned the super host tag with his responsiveness and dedication to maintaining the said place. The home has everything which is expected of any BnB. Everything was as per the photos and description and Craig was super helpful in anything we sought assistance for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there although towards the end we felt that Edinburgh was a little too far away (about 45-50 mins. by Bus) specially if you are traveling with children and senior citizens. the property is homely and Craig's helpful nature made it special.

I highly recommend Anke-Beate's flat. We would definitely return. The location is ideal to get around Edinburgh, it is spacious and even better than the photos. Everything was clean, and the added touches were very much appreciated. The flat is fully kitted out with everything needed. Communication was great. Thank you for a great stay!

Whenever I read the word “exquisite” I am highly skeptical, and this time, wow was I wrong!! This apartment is gorgeous! The hosts were friendly and responsive and gave a great recommendation for local pizza delivery. Just don’t make the same mistake I did… I forgot that UK uses inches and not cms so ended up ordering enough pizza for at least 8 people! Fortunately it was so good that we ate it the next night as well. Thanks for a memorable stay!

We had a great stay in Prestonpans. Visiting Edinburgh for the marathon this location was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay and Georgi & Yoanna were so great - providing us with helpful information in advance and really paying attention to our needs and interests. We couldn’t have asked for better.

The best AirBNB we have ever used! I can’t not say enough about this place. Kornelia was a perfect host in every way. Communication too notch. The residence was so immaculate and had every single thing you possible needed! The bad was so comfortable for a great night sleep after touring all day. The bus stop is a two min walk around the corner. You will not be disappointed here!!!

An exceptional apartment with an exceptional host. The place is quiet, spacious, super clean, super comfortable. The entire apartment was beautifully decorated and had useful as well as interesting books. The living room/dining room is huge and pleasant to relax in. The kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with lots of staples. The outdoor garden sitting area is beautiful. We really enjoyed staying here. Pierson is a great communicator and was helpful from our first inquiry all through our visit and checkout. Stockbridge is a perfect area to stay in: walking distance to all attractions in Edinburgh but a village in its own right with great shops and food. Do not miss I. J. Mellis Cheesemongers. They have so many cheeses from local UK and small producers. Their staff is friendly and happy to offer samples and teach. We had a wonderful long afternoon at the nearby Botanic Garden. We will be back!

We spent a few days in Edinburgh in June and Rachel's AirBnB was perfect - clean, comfortable and relaxing. We knew we were within a few minutes of Holyrood and the end of the Royal Mile so walking up to the castle was easy. But we were also only a few minutes walk to all the major bus services which we used to get around the city. We would come again.
