Innerleithen itself is renowned for its cycling, especially mountain biking my cottage is ideal base for mountain biking at Glentress or on ‘7 Stanes’ routes. With fun antique shops, pubs, restaurants, craft shops and world famous fishing this would be the perfect place to stay. It’s ideal too for a romantic getaway from everything, yet Edinburgh is only an hour drive away.

Barns Tower is an authentic medieval mini castle with roaring log fires and all modern comforts. The Tower is located in a beautiful rural setting on the River Tweed and is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Borders. Peebles is nearby with great amenities and there’s heavenly walks right from the door. Please be aware that The Tower is located at the end of a rural track and due care should be taken with speed and approach. The Tower is arranged over 4 floors with steep staircases.

Situated in Peebles, our Beautiful traditional stone built house with Aga cooker and wood burning stove. Unique getaway in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Private garden and spaces to sit out and enjoy some well earned rest. The house is close to the mountain bike trails and the town centre, an hour on the bus to the city of Edinburgh. We are dog friendly. The house is set up for folk who love the outdoors with plenty of secure storage and drying facilities! A family home when not rented.
