Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Tiny House at B&B Gardens of the Ardo is a room with unique features. It is overlooking a magnificent natural landscape, overlooking the mountains and the deep gorge of the Ardo Stream. The apartment includes a room with three beds and a large balcony, a bathroom with shower and toilet (without bidet), a living room with sofa, TV, and a well-stocked kitchenette. We also offer bed, bathroom and kitchen linens. For the car there is a (free) parking space in front of the house. Villa Christina is 200 meters from the center and the ski bus stop, 400 meters from the Haunold chairlift and 100 meters from the cross-country ski trail and the woods.
