The beautiful apartment offers on approx. 45 square meters a living room with TV and fitted kitchen with electrical appliances fully equipped and dining table as well as bathroom, terrace and bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200). Bath towels, hand towels and linens are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

As a couple or family, you will be very comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The place is located in a spacious wooden house in the back of the house. In the outdoor area or garden there are three different sunny places to stay. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.

Parking is available in front of the house on the street. By car, it is just under 5 minutes to the nearest bakery / supermarket. Note: We have a dog.
