Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Interlaken District

Fantastic experience. Yes it’s an experience more than a stay. Very quiet and peaceful and as people who admire work of other gardening people we enjoyed the greenhouse house very much. The views are peaceful and close enough to Lucerne if you do want to go for dinner into town ( which we did), but with a bit of planning could have avoided by just buying some basics and spending even more time at the house. Emanuel was particularly helpful in the checking in process and went above and beyond. Highly recommend to families and quiet clean small groups. I don’t recommend this place for party animals or if you want to just be in Lucerne most of the time, since it is important to enjoy this place, esp in the summer w all the veggies and fruits being grown by Emanuel’s team. We wish we could have spent more time! We will be back again.

If you have a car, enjoy driving in mountain curves, need full privacy, comfort for the family with kids, this is one of the best place. You have all amenities in the premises and you just have to enjoy the weather, amazing view and self cooked food. The host was very friendly and made check-in and check-out super smooth. I would definitely visit again.

The house was huge and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the rice cooker which is hard to come by. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. This is the most value for money house that we rented in Switzerland. Giuseppe was always responsive and this is important especially if guests are already in the house and needed help.

Stayed for a week in May with our 3 teenage kids, the whole family enjoyed the breathtaking views, the traditional Swiss feel, lots of local adventures We will all miss the sounds of the cow bells 😍 already planning a winter trip back, Nicole was a wonderful host and we couldn’t have wished for more

Very clean. Amazing view and pool is great. Close to town for market and well stocked kitchen with wonderful hi-end appliances. Neighbors are closer than appear in photos and can be noisy at times mowing and just living life. Heat wave while there and with no AC it was warmer than we would have liked even when windows are open. Nothing owner could do about that. Screens would help keep bugs out but that would take away from views. Owner very responsive and helpful when needed. Would stay here again for sure if available. Thank you! we loved it.

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Thank you Bruno giving me a great house for staying a week. The actual environment is same as the description photos. All clean, full provide bath essentials & kitchenware, easy walk to the train station & supermarket & ferry port. Lovely to living here. ❤️

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

Ueli’s apartment Isenfluh is beautiful and very well equipped. It is the nicest Airbnb of the many I have stayed in. Isenfluh is a great base for hiking and exploring the area. It is important to know that there are no shops in the town, it is a small farming village, and there is only one restaurant which was closed down at the time we visited. Those who stay here will need to bring all of their supplies up from Lauterbrunnen, which is about a 45 minute hike away, or else can be accessed by the local postal bus. But that is part of what makes the village peaceful and not over touristed. I look forward to visiting again.

Marlise is so nice! She gave me 5FR directly when I said I had no coin for luggage deposit at the train station. She also helped me fill in the guest form since I forgot to do so. The house is located on a small hill. You need to climb around 15mins with your luggage to get there, that’s a bit exhausting. But the view is pretty nice, exactly the same as shown! You also need to bring your own shampoo and body wash.

We absolutely loved staying at Janine’s Airbnb. As a host, she responded immediately to messages. Directions for access were clear and concise. When we got inside the entire home is spotless with regard to cleanliness. It’s clear that she goes to great lengths to provide a clean stay. We did not find that it was cluttered, and it had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. Most importantly, this Airbnb is beautiful. The location is truly amazing. When you walk out onto the deck you’re greeted with giant mountains and a view of the entire landscape. You’re a short bus ride to downtown or a scenic walk. If you are planning on staying in Grindelwald and this Airbnb is available, book it right away before someone else does. 5 stars from us.

Me and my friends wanted a base in central Switzerland to explore the nature. Jacqueline’s apartment was exactly what we were looking for; beautifully located in Brienz with waterfall views, proximity to the lovely turquoise lake and a fully equipped home, the accommodation was everything one could desire. Will stay here again if I come back.

Wir haben uns nach einen Ort geseht, an dem wir abschalten können und dem Trubel entgehen und genau das haben wir bekommen :) Elisabeth und Ihr Mann sind sehr Gastfreundlich, die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt und mehr (es gab Orangensaft, Tee, Kaffee, Zucker, Gewürze, frische Eier und Milch). Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, alles war blitz Blank sodass man sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt hat. Die Fenster hatten Fliegengitter, so konnte man Nachts lüften. Die Küche verfügte über einen hochwertigen Induktionsherd & Backofen sowie alle benötigten Kleingeräte. Einen Fernseher hatten wir nicht, diesen haben wir aber auch nicht benötigt! Im Winter könnten wir uns den Weg zur Unterkunft beschwerlich vorstellen, da die Unterkunft recht weit hoch auf einem Berg liegt. Mobilfunk Verbindung war dementsprechend auch nicht vorhanden jedoch hat die Unterkunft ein stabiles WLan! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Unterkunft definitiv nochmal buchen.

My wife and I stayed in Chalet Alba for 10 days while we explored Bern Oberland, Interlaken, and the Jung Frau Region. This was a great location for all. We used our rental car and the incredible Swiss transit system. Urs is a great host. He was proactive and friendly in his communication, and arranged to meet us and orient us to the place. Urs has turned this lower floor of his residence into a very private and extremely well-appointed guest quarters, including a very well-equipped kitchen and a bidet toilet that you'll want to take home with you. He also equipped us with a local guest card that provided us discounts on attractions and free transit in the area. In fact, if you use the card to travel north to Interlaken and beyond, the ticket will be issued to originate from Mulenen, to the north, reducing your price for the ticket. This was the best place we stayed during our three-week trip to Europe, and we would definitely return.

Super sympathische Unterkunft und Betreiber. Wurden herzlich empfangen und immer wieder gefragt, ob alles passt oder noch was gebraucht wird. Lokale Tipps für Tagesaktivitäten gab es obendrauf. Das Tal ist einzigartig schön und optimal für eine Auszeit. Für uns hat alles super gepasst.

Such a beautiful place in an equally beautiful location. For those who wish to experience the Swiss country side and yet be fairly close enough to cover all the main attractions of the region, look no further. Stayed 5 nights with my family with 2 kids, and everyday was memorable. The house layout is made for the view, and it’s simply unforgettable.. all the basics are in place and more, no complaints there whatsoever.. in fact one would be pleasantly surprised coming here, for the photos just cannot do justice to what one feels here.. keywords: spacious, comfortable, magical, and beautiful. the hosts and manager were wonderful too.. always ready to help with whatever u need may it be home related or otherwise.. thank you for the amazing experience.. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to come back to a serene Swiss paradise at the end of a long day of travel, tourists, and attractions..

Maison parfaitement conforme aux descriptif. Très lumineuse, bien équipée. Communication très facile très rapide avec Gideon. Arrivée très facile et flexible. Parfait pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants (2 lits double et 2 lits simples).

We absolutely loved our stay! The location right by the Rigi Cog station made it easy to get up and down the mountain. The wood-fired hot tub made for a perfect spot to soak up the view each evening. Our hosts provided wonderful information prior-to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Wunderschöne, idyllische Lage mit traumhaftem Panorama und absoluter Ruhe. Das gemütliche Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen. Sara war stets erreichbar und hat bei allen Fragen sehr schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We loved our stay here! It is such a beautiful and peaceful area. We loved afternoons in the pool and evenings on the patio with an amazing view after a long day out. One thing our group realized was that a travel pass would have been more cost effective for us with how often we went up and down the cog rail, but the cog rail itself was great. We enjoyed our time here so much and would definitely recommend!

Incredible stay. The listing photos do NOT do this home and area justice, it is truly spectacular. We loved Vitznau, all the hiking, proximity to the train. There is tons to do here and the week flew by.
