The floors can creak when entering - it's just part of the old wooden house. Here you can find rest and still be close to great excursion possibilities. Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer.
