Unser Chalet befindet sich 20 Gehminuten oder 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Bahnhof Wengen entfernt.

Bright, cozy one-room studio on the ground floor of a two-family house with a separate entrance in a very quiet and sunny location. The studio offers a unique panoramic view of the fascinating Bernese Alps. The studio features two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed). Fantastic location, panoramic view of the mountains and lake, direct access to the garden, very quiet yet centrally located. The driveway is narrow and steep, not paved. There are parking spaces next to the house. Not suitable for VANs. Only possible on request. Turning the vehicle is difficult. The property is very suitable for 2 - 3 people or families with 2 children. With 4 people and the two beds in the living room, it gets cramped. Parking is not guaranteed for VAN.

Situated in the heart of the Jungfrau-Region, it’s the optimal place to start your winter-sports, mountain hikes and visits to the points of interest in the Berner Oberland. The house is suitable for pairs, families and groups to 12 persons. The large open living- and dining-room, the spacious terrace and a garden area next to the forest invites you to linger and relax.

We live in a beautiful place called Bühlweidli, i.e. Sonnweidchen, in an old renovated farmhouse. Absolute tranquility, no neighbors and nature. We mainly supply ourselves, biodynamically. Electricity, heating and hot water from 100% renewable energy - both in summer and winter. We try to live with nature. We would like to invite you as a guest here to relax (including sauna/bath tub) and if you want to get to know our way of life.

The property is centrally located, just an 8-minute walk from Interlaken Ost train station and a 5-minute walk from the Höhenmatte and the view of the Jungfrau. The house was built in 1911 and is a typical old listed Swiss house. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything. From every window there is a beautiful view into the garden. The mountains are also visible! There is no TV or living room!

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer.
