Das 200 Jahre alte Bauernhaus liegt neben Wasserfall, Wald und See in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Haus wurde nur sanft renoviert. Vieles ist noch im Originalzustand wie die historische Stube mit Nussbaumbüffet, altem Parkett und Kachelofen. Geheizt wird mit Zentralheizung. Alle Zimmer sind holzgetäfert. Die Böden können bei Betreten knarren - gehört halt zum alten Holzhaus. Hier findet man Ruhe und ist trotzdem nahe von tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Familien und Gruppen fühlen sich hier wohl.

The studio offers a unique panoramic view of the fascinating Bernese Alps. The studio features two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed). Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. The Baerehoehli on the Axalp is the ideal holiday destination for families, small groups and of course everyone else. Dreamlike area, in every season of the year. For hiking or skiing. Ski slope can be reached directly from the house via ski. The access road to Axalp is cleared black in winter and can be reached with simple winter equipment.

My accommodation is in the residential area of a small village close to Brienz and Interlaken. Well developed by public transport. You will love it there because of the cozy chalet atmosphere, fully equipped kitchen and a great view of Lake Brienz. The accommodation is perfect for families (with children) and large groups.
