The house was built in 1911 and is a typical old listed Swiss house. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything. From every window there is a beautiful view into the garden. The mountains are also visible! There is no TV or living room!

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. Ski slope can be reached directly from the house via ski. The access road to Axalp is cleared black in winter and can be reached with simple winter equipment.
