From the balcony you have a stunning view of the mountains. Whether skiing in winter or hiking / biking in summer - the perfect place all within 5min walking distance to the village centre.

Our apartment with a south-facing balcony is located close to the mountains and in winter close to the cross-country ski trail. The Lofer and Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ski resorts are also only 20-30 minutes away by car. The center of Inzell is a 15-minute walk. There are restaurants, butchers, bakers and other shopping facilities (Penny and Edeka are a 12-15 minute walk away). We are happy to recommend a few cafes/restaurants in and around Inzell, if needed.
