Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Iona

Love this place this is our second time staying here and we love it. It has everything you need and is so peaceful nothing like starting and ending your day on the beautiful outdoor seating by the pool. Maria is very sweet and extremely responsive

This places was spectacular! There were so many things to do. We didn't need to leave the house. Beautiful decor and tons of food and other extras! Highly recommend. The master suite is sooo big!

The house was absolutely beautiful. We loved the outdoor area including the pool and hot tub. Kids spent a ton of time in the pool. Amenities are as described and hosts were responsive with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay again!!!

This trip was for our annual high school girls trip, and we all graduated in 1970, so you can figure our ages! From the outside of the home it didn’t look that large. We were all impressed with the beautiful inside! And I mean gorgeous!! I live in a condo (snowbird) 5 minutes away from this home, also on the water with a pontoon, which was nice! The kitchen had a bar with 8 bar stools, perfect for dining! The pool was perfect, a wonderful outdoor lanai.

This Place was exactly what we were looking for! With easy access to the water and the clean house, everything was up to par!

Great area and nice place to stay in to get away. Huge place for a family! No pool but to get away and relax is all that is needed! I felt right at home! You will enjoy this place

Nice place for two, central location, quiet, simple, budget friendly, having access to laundry is a plus! There are a few extras that could come in hand like sprays, toiletries, snacks, very helpful.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing inside and out. So easy to park right in front of the place so I didn’t even need to take my suitcase out. Great patio to sit and soak in the sun filtering through the beautiful tree. Bluetooth speakers inside were great too. The host responded within the minute. Very fast response. And the place was priced very well.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a quiet, well situated condo. We took in a few spring training games close by and had good experiences at nearby restaurants. The condo itself was very roomy, well supplied, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the waterway from our lanai. Our hosts always responded immediately to any communication we had with them. We would highly recommend staying here.

We truly enjoyed this place, perfect for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the details in the house—beach chairs, pool, barbecue etc. very close to the beach, shops, restaurants— if you like true Mexican there is Mi Casita 2 minute drive. Thank you for being a great host.

The location was ideal for us since we had business in this area. The accommodations were great. Great stay for one or two people. Relaxing and nicely decorated. Although we did not take advantage of the pool, it was very inviting.

We had an amazing time at the Starfish vacation rental! It was clean and tidy, making us feel right at home. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and always there to help. Plus, the location was perfect - surrounded by cool bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, communicative Airbnb in a great location!

Second time visiting Hang house!!!! Everything was spark clean and organize. The family had a great time in the pool and the weather was not an issue since the pool heater was working perfectly fine. Very quiet neighborhood and private backyard. We loved Hang’a house and we’re planing on coming back for sure!!!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

This was a great house for a family group. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the bedrooms were located to maximize privacy. Lots of central areas to just relax or visit, both inside and outside. The game area w/pool table and the movie room were a plus for us. So was the outside kitchen. The pool was fantastic. TVs everywhere. We also appreciated the beach chairs and supplies located in the garage.

This is a wonderful and beautiful house. We had a wonderful time. We love visiting the area (Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva). Vincent and his team were always ready to help us from the very beginning. Nothing is impossible for this team; they are very professional. We recommend it.

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!

Beautiful, clean and perfect for families. The pictures don’t do it justice! Pool was lovely and well maintained. Lots of beach items for use in the garage. Neil and Keely were very kind and responsive. Tons of space for our large family. Would definitely go back!
