Set within a traditional whitewashed building, this sunlit residence offers privacy, sea views, and timeless Aegean charm. The house features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 spacious verandas where you can enjoy your meals under the shade or simply relax while overlooking the garden and sea.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms,kitchen, a living room and an outdoor pool. The sea and the sun are scattered throughout all the rooms of the house. This is a big ( 55 sm) apartment with a huge balcony that view the port of Ios, the yacht mooring and the "Yialos" beach. The apartment has a big separate bedroom with double bed, a separate bathroom and a big living room with fully equipped kitchen, big fridge and the sitting area. In the living room area is another double bed. The apartment futures : Cooling and heating A/C units. Flat TV. Washing machine. Iron and iron board. Free WiFi .

Our luxurious Cycladic-style home will welcome you for your vacation on the island of Ios, 400m from the beautiful beach of Yalos. Located slightly above, you will enjoy a panoramic view of Kampos (the countryside), Chora (the village), the port and finally the beach. All this in absolute tranquility, far from the lively life of the village, but close to all amenities. Unfortunately, we don't accept student groups.

The suite is renovated and combines the traditional architecture with modern facilities. It is very spacious (51m²) and features a double bed, in an elevated section, two sofa beds (80cm x 200cm) and a kitchenette.
