Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Iowa

What an absolutely gorgeous apartment. We fell in love the moment we walked through the door. Be aware: there are a LOT of stairs. It is mentioned in the listing but my husband and I swore the stairs multiplied and grew steeper each time we went upstairs. This is NOT a complaint. It's something to be aware of. The view from the porch is extraordinarily beautiful. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable (especially the King sized one downstairs). The whole place was AMAZINGLY clean. The town folks are VERY friendly and nice. The town does close everything down pretty early and there are no nearby big box stores or drugstores that are open late. Again, not a complaint (I actually love the Mom and Pop aspect) but people should know. We loved this Airbnb so much we are already planning a return trip!

I enjoyed staying at this apartment! It had everything I needed and was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The location was fantastic; I took several walks to the Sculpture Garden and a couple blocks away to great coffee shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful and friendly (even when I fumbled the entrance instructions). Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Des Moines!

Felt like home

The place was just as it was described on Airbnb. Our stay was very peaceful and quiet. Host did a great job.

Very cute and great location! We were there to visit friends and attend Mud and Music-it worked wonderfully. It’s close to everything-brewery, river walk, Joes. etc Would stay here again-thanks

I only stayed one night at Ryan’s place but it was such a good value as it would have cost me more to stay at a hotel for the night. Plus I had a kitchen, a living room, a kind size bed and a wonderful large bathroom. I wouldn’t have had access to all of that at a hotel. Everything was pristine clean and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. It was easy to find and the instructions to get in came with pictures so it was easy peasy. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Nice tiny apartment in a great location. It is near everything you could need. The apartment is small, but well equipped for a short stay. Denice is a fantastic host! She is super responsive and helpful! She went out of her way to make sure everything was great for me. My only complaint was the internet was a bit spotty at times. I work remotely, and it didn’t cause any real problems, but it was a bit annoying with video calls. Overall, I would absolutely recommend!

Stayed for about 2weeks with my brother had no issues jared taught us how to use the fireplace and was very friendly

I was there for 2 days and something came up where I had to check in early. Kevin was very helpful and let us come in earlier. The house was spotless and very clean when we arrived. It was in a great location with lots to do. Overall, more than satisfied with my time here and would recommend it to anybody. I will definitely come back when I am in town.

Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Our favorite parts were the location and back yard! The grill and play structure were perfect for our family. I would highly recommend.

The house was beautiful… probably one of the best and nicest Air bnb’s we have ever stayed in! The house fit our group perfectly and it was so clean and organized and it was very convenient to stores! The beds were super comfy! It was so close to our family that lives there so it made it a beeeze to go back and forth from their house! They had an awesome outside area where we actually hung out and played some family games at night under the lights! And we took advantage of the very nice hot tub on the last night! I highly recommend this place!

My siblings and I take a trip every year, they really love fishing so I had to reserve a house on the lake. Fishing was great, some fish weighed 8 to 10 pounds; This was our biggest haul ever. We caught buffalo, carp, and of course, catfish. It was like heaven. The Home was beautiful, beds were comfortable, plenty of extra lien and everything was clean. The kitchen was a common area, we cooked every day, breakfast and dinner. The island sat 8 to 10 People marble countertops, with great lighting that led into the living room. The open space allowed everyone to be seen collectively. We ate dinner at the dining table nightly, the eight seats accommodated everyone. Bedrooms were spacious, three full bathrooms, television’s everywhere all 4K. Did I say it was absolutely amazing. We are glad we selected this home and would love to revisit. Our host Holly gave great recommendations, guided us, responded expeditiously, and was very professional. I will give this 10 stars if I could.

Amazing home and stay. The house felt like a home to us, had plenty of towels, and back up supplies and house hold essentials. The kids enjoyed downstairs and the loft room. The location on the lake is perfect. Kelly was responsive, pleasant and a great host.

We have stayed at Dustin’s Airbnb multiple times and have always had a great experience. It’s consistently clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. We will be back again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ola Babcock House. It's a stately older home, with a lot of interesting character (we loved all the built-ins) and quirks of yesteryear (smaller bathrooms, stairways not spaced to modern specs). The listing says it can accommodate 12, but I wouldn't try to accommodate more than 8 at a time if only because of the limited bathrooms. Location near downtown Washington is very convenient. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Amazing Houes and a really good area to be also it’s a big house to have your family around.

The condo was just as described. Cary clean and well cared for. It was the perfect location for our baseball tournament and walkable to the restaurants in town. Will definitely stay there again!

Ryan’s place is always such a heartwarming environment and space to be. Very clean and well maintained, and he communicates promptly if needed. I would recommend any of his three properties to anyone and everyone!

The Loft was perfectly located in downtown Waukon and in walking distance to all shops, restaurants and bars. The studio is very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely consider coming to this place again if we are visiting Waukon.

This was a very cute place to stay. It was perfect for walking to activities around the square in Oskaloosa. It was perfect for our group of four friends.

Perfect spot for our family to relax by the lake while being close to family fun activities. The home had everything we needed and Randall was an exceptional host. Would definitely book again.
