From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Unsere Vintage-Wohnung Klara im Urli-Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet in einem Möbelmix aus Alt und Neu. Sie bietet Platz für ein Paar (ggf. mit Kind). Zudem gibt es ein Bad und eine Küche. Kostenfreie Parkplätze rund ums Haus, Unterstell-Möglichkeiten für Räder oder Pedelecs. Außerdem werden in der Nähe viele Bike-Contests ausgerichtet, Weltcup-Rennen oder der bekannte Albstadt-Bike-Marathon. Im Winter sind in der Nähe bei entsprechender Schneelage viele Möglichkeiten zum Wintersport zu finden.

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

All of our animals (horses, goats, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs) are kept according to our philosophy on the approx. 70,000 sqm farm. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
