Our house is located in the center of Zell am Moos. 3 public bathing areas are within 5 minutes' walking distance. In the village there are inns, a coffee house and buffets at the bathing areas. There is also a bakery, butcher, tobacconist, supermarket, doctor with pharmacy, dentist, hairdresser. Activities: Various signposted bike trails lead to magnificent viewpoints. Our beautiful landscape also invites you to walk and hike. We'd love to welcome you to our home.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The "Seewirt Holiday Home" - a log cabin, which creates an pleasant room climate thanks to its solid wood construction and offers every comfort in addition to the beautiful furnishings. Located just 2 minutes' walk from the lake shore with its beautiful bathing area, the "Seewirt Holiday Home" offers a large garden with a private terrace, outdoor dining table and sun loungers. The Seewirt's landlady, Johanna Enzinger, is looking forward to your visit!
