The accommodation is in fact a mini with mezzanine, pleasant, it matches the description and the Host was responsive even if we didn't actually see each other in person with the remote opening. Unique, the mezzanine is a little warm.

Overall- incredible. In a rustic building, but the space was very modern. The kitchen was stocked with all needed items and more. Same with the bathrooms. Lots of extra bedding. No complaints about the space, but the real star of the show was the location, animals, and friendly hosts. Hectares of farmland, with beautiful view of the sunset when it’s clear. There were dogs (very friendly), cats, sheep, a pig, chickens, and ducks and geese. The staff of the farm and Nicola were all easy to talk to and friendly. The dogs did a great job of keeping the property safe! It was fun to be surrounded by real life on the farm.

This is an ideal place from which to explore the eastern Basilicata as well as providing a stylish and quiet home base for a couple of days. Views from the terrace were very special.

The place is absolutely fantastic! We were contacted immediately after our booking confirmation by Chris, who manages the apartment. Despite our late arrival, she was waiting for us to show us around the apartment and ensure we felt welcome and settled. The apartment is fabulous, featuring a lovely, spacious bedroom with a sofa and equipped kitchen that can easily be transformed into a working space. The town is filled with charming, romantic streets where locals greet you warmly. Even though we were unfortunate to experience a temporary water outage in the town, Chris was incredibly supportive throughout. She actively sought solutions and even arranged for us to move to another house to ensure we could enjoy our holiday to the fullest. Irsina is also a great base for visiting Matera, exploring nearby beaches, or even taking a guided tour of the ghost town. I highly recommend this accommodation!
