Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The quietly located apartment on the outskirts of Oberaltertheim is located in a two-family house. The small Franconian village is idyllically nestled in the Altbachtal southwest of Würzburg. The A81-Gerchsheim federal highway is only 4 km away and the A3-Kist is about 8 km away. In the village there is a bakery and butcher shop, as well as an organic farm shop (only open on weekdays) and an ATM. A few kilometers away there are other grocery stores and gas stations in neighboring towns

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels and all the essential toiletries are included, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The good transport links, proximity to the A3 and A81 as well as shopping facilities in the village make your stay even more comfortable. In addition, a bus stop is only 350 meters away.
