House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.

This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. Lake beaches nearby. 45 minutes from Glendale. There is not room for boats or trailers.m, only for two vehicles per apartment. Cook dinner over an open flame in the firepit. Test your skills to beat the high score on PacMan arcade or the foosball table.

Mini Farm: Fenced & Pet Friendly, 3 Bed/1.5 Bath

This cabin is pet-friendly, fenced in, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. It has an outdoor patio perfect for watching the beautiful sunrise year-round. This cabin has a private dock that had a 2 person trolling fishing boat on the private lake (short hike or quick drive). The lake is stocked with catfish, bluegill, crappie and bass. Come enjoy the serenity of being away from the city, where there are no loud boats or music, just the peaceful sounds of nature.

The Treehouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom, 1 bath second floor apartment. Fully furnished, cozy, and located right in the center of Leitchfield. Also centrally located between Rough River (10 minutes) and Nolin lake (22 minutes) with room for boat trailer parking. With restaurants and grocery stores less than 5 minutes away, this apartment is also perfect for extended stays. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds.
