Close to the destination we needed, enough room for everyone. Was exactly as described, the host was very responsive to questions.

Our family has been living here for more than three months, and we are very grateful to our landlord Justin for his care.Really enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean, thoughtfully designed, and has a calm, welcoming vibe — just like the photos. The garden lights and circular entryway are a lovely touch. Justin was considerate and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated his support. Check-in was smooth, and the location is quiet yet convenient. Would happily stay again!

Nice hidden oasis just north of the main part of Monrovia. It’s a quiet neighborhood so you feel like it’s truly a home and not a vacation rental. The towels are super soft, the kitchen has soft closing drawers, and the A/C worked great in both areas. The bed was super comfortable too! Pro Tip: The shower takes a few minutes to heat up. Definitely would stay here again.

Loved my stay at this beautiful, spacious and cozy place. Neighborhood was amazing and there’s walkable access to the train station, Target is close by, many restaurants are within 3 minutes of a walk and overall, it was a peaceful stay. 10/10 recommended

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

Darcy's place was just as described and Darcy was a wonderful host. From providing local recommendations to having ample "spare supplies" in the unit, he went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We'd definitely look at booking again when next we're in the LA area.

We stayed for over a month, host was always very attentive, answered all questions in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay as we are waiting for assisted housing for my disabled father. Geoff was always accommodating to unexpected issues that arose on my end. The studio home has everything needed for a lengthy stay or short. My father was comfortable watching movies and sitting on the porch at night. Thank you Geoff for being such a spectacular host! A++++

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

The place is incredible and the views are beautiful!! I highly recommend and am very thankful they are very good host. Everything was clean and you have everything you need.

Massey’s place was stunning and super spacious. It’s in a great location with plenty of things to do. It was a great find!
