Great new cute place for the 3 of us. The neighborhood is quiet and you get your own parking space. The place matched the photos. It's decorated very nicely. The private yard is very nice too. I love that each room had its own fan/temp control. The mattresses were extremely comfortable! The location is quiet even though it's near the 210 freeway. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seems to have enough basic supplies. It has a mini air fryer which I've never had in any previous stays. Loved the bathroom design! The only suggestion I would make would be to have nightstands on both sides and these 2 bedrooms had space for second nightstands. I knew the bathrooms didn't come with hand towels or wash cloths, but I forgot to bring them from home. I hope Adrian adds these to the place. They are needed.

From the very start, Michelle was clear with her communication, and very quick t o respond to any request we had. Her home was very clean and had all amenities as stated on Air BnB. We enjoyed sitting outside, either on the patio in the backyard, or in the private front yard. There is plenty of private parking and the home is near any stores or restaurants you might want. Michelle is a perfect host.

OMG, if I could have rated higher I would!. This place was amazing, just as picture! Very clean, beautiful neighborhood. The owner and her mother were adorable and had exceptional hospitality. There is a beautiful and clean garden right outside the unit door. They picked and shared some of there delicious cucumbers with me. I felt right at home. I took morning and evening walks in there peaceful community, and everyone was so friendly and greeting. I will definitely be back for an extended stay and recommend to a friend/family. ❤️🤗

My wife and I were displaced because of the Eaton Fire. We stayed at Min's duplex for two months. Min was always responsive to our needs and saw to it that we felt comfortable. It has been a tremendously difficult time for us and we truly appreciate her attentiveness. ~ Craig

clean, spacious stay! we would have preferred more amenities like face/hand towels, and more kitchen items that weren’t included but we made it work. Glory was very communicative and we greatly appreciated it. I recommend!

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

Place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Definitely would book again. Only thing is the neighbors could be a little nosy at times.

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

We stayed for over a month, host was always very attentive, answered all questions in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay as we are waiting for assisted housing for my disabled father. Geoff was always accommodating to unexpected issues that arose on my end. The studio home has everything needed for a lengthy stay or short. My father was comfortable watching movies and sitting on the porch at night. Thank you Geoff for being such a spectacular host! A++++

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

The place is incredible and the views are beautiful!! I highly recommend and am very thankful they are very good host. Everything was clean and you have everything you need.

Massey’s place was stunning and super spacious. It’s in a great location with plenty of things to do. It was a great find!

Roger’s place was perfect for my weekend trip to Pasadena. Within walking distance of good restaurants and very clean. Roger was a responsive and helpful host.
