Family-friendly holiday rentals in Isla de La Cartuja

The house is about 25 min from main downtown Seville. So we were able to drive there and do many things in the city. But we also enjoyed the town and the surrounding areas. We had a car so we were able to drive all over Andalusia with this homebase. The home is very spacious and we had room for our four children. There was a great parking and garage. The kitchen is small, but I’m American so am used to having an entire large space to cook. If you aren’t going to be cooking large meals for hungry children then you will be totally fine! There are many small breakfast places and lunch places within walking distance. We worked remotely while in the house with very stable internet. Thanks for a Wonderful stay!

This was the most perfect location for a weekend trip and had all the right amenities! We had a wonderful time in the apartment and the host was incredibly helpful as well!

We have stayed in Triana a number of times but this has been our best stay to date. We are delighted to have found Miguel’s apartment. The apartment is very spacious with all the necessities for a great holiday but the huge terrace and hot tub are fantastic after a long day sightseeing in the city. We loved staying here and will do so again on our next visit to Seville.

Marcos welcomed us great, explained and showed us around the house, and offered for any questions/needs that came up. The house is great to take advantage of a few days with friends, both in the summer (with the pool and barbecue with lots of shade), and in winter (living room with fireplace and porch in the sun). And the beautiful environment, right next to the Huéznar and with the center of the village with everything you need a stroll or 5 min drive. We'll be back for sure.

My friends and I stayed in Jeremiah and Veronica’s spacious and beautiful home in the center of Sevilla for a weekend getaway trip. It was incredibly comfortable, centrally located, and far exceeded our expectations. Jeremiah and Veronica were also very helpful during our trip and offered suggestions for restaurants nearby. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful apartment just 10 mins walk to the centre of Seville. Private, spacious, clean, comfortable - everything you could need for a few days away. Very responsive host - would highly recommend

A lovely sized apartment with plenty of room to stretch out. Big living area and lounge. Air conditioner was great and cooled the house down well along with the block out shutters. Needed when Seville was 40deg all week. Supermarket just around the corner. Easy walking to the many sites and train / bus stations.

We had a fabulous stay at the lovely apartment. Alfonso was excellent and proactive in helping us to check-in and explain everything. He also gave us plenty of recommendations, in particular the local tapas bar Zurbaran, which was fabulous. The apartment was in very good condition and everything we needed was there. It's in a great location and easy to walk around the beautiful city. We would definitely try book again if and when we return to Sevilla. At check-out Alfonso was very helpful and even organised a taxi for us. Hopefully we will be back.

The host is nice and reactive, everything was as described. The appartement was very clean and the location is just perfect as everything is accessible by walking around. The only small down side was hearing some noises from some neighbours and building constructions around in the early morning, but it never lasts too long thankfully! . Everything else was really good! we recommend this apartment and this very organised host :)

We were in the apartment for 4 nice days, little noise from the street but a bit annoying that they were renovating the neighboring house, a lot of noise from there. The apartment was large and practical, with plenty of space.

This was a lovely clean apartment but rather a small living space for 4 adults. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good. The air con was excellent thankfully, as Seville is very hot! The location was amazing - so close to Alameda de Hercules which is a big square with so many bars and restaurants - perfect when it’s too hot to walk far! The pool was very small but great and I appreciated having our own private terrace and entrance to the pool.

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were fine as expected, and Isabel was so welcoming and helpful. She even invited us to hear her sing at the Féria. Very thankful and happy to come back anytime.

Beautiful and spacious place that matched the photos. Pool was great on the 100 degree days. Home is filled with interesting art and books, avoiding the sterile feeling at some other places operated by a rental company. Check in was simple as a person met us there and showed us around. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and close to markets and restaurants. Had a great stay.

The house was impeccable, the pool is much larger than it looks in the listing photos. The garage was our salvation for parking, as it would be impossible to park the car on the street. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops and supermarkets. It is a short walk from some of the most important points of Seville. Communication with those in charge was always incredible and fast. The points of interest provided by Jose were good. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for everything.

Great living area and terrace you will enjoy the view from there. Also they have a free parking spot which helped alot

The apartment was bright snd sunny. The air conditioning worked well. It has been renovated so the pictures on the website were different . There is a nice flatscreen tv. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and pristine. All white. There are lots of dishes and amenities. The place was very clean. Groceries close by. Restaurants within a few minutes walk. Pepe is amazing and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. I would certainly stay here again.

This is a lovely place to stay. It’s fairly quiet, approximately 25 mins from Seville. There are few local shops, but plenty in Carmona 10-15 mins drive. The place is well set out, the pool area is lovely, and a larger pool than we’ve seen before. Teresa is ver helpful, very friendly and although we had a language barrier, we communicated well. Shes nearby and responds straight away. There can be a noise of dogs barking from around, but it’s not very often, and we didn’t notice after a while. The facilities are good, the rooms a good size. I would highly recommend a stay at Teresa’s, there’s a lot of space and a beautiful pool.
