Family-friendly holiday rentals in Isla Mujeres

This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Amazing house, pool and views of the ocean. Detailed emails with links to car service (CARM) made getting from the airport to the ferry to island and back a breeze. The pool was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Excellent location, excellent place to take children. I liked it a lot. The hosts always responded very quickly and were always very attentive.

Mely and Woody’s place was just as described. Beautiful double balconies, all of the amenities you could need for a great day at the beach. The restaurant suggestions of Los Amigos and La Bamba…don’t miss these spots the food and service were too notch! The place is within walking distance of all the Cancun party fun yet far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep in the comfy bedding. Great easy check-in, and transportation arrangements were seamless. If we could give Gustavo 5 stars we would do that too! If we are ever back in Cancun we would surely stay here again.

Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Fantastic location just steps from the beach and close to all the popular clubs, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The place stays cool with strong AC, perfect for staying comfortable even on the hottest days. It’s an ideal spot for experiencing Cancunwithout paying resort prices especially great for longer stays.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Great home in a nice area of cancun. many shops within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to the hotel district and beaches. we stayed in two houses on the street for a family reunion and we loved our time there.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

Great relaxing place in the rather bustling Isla Mujeres. Get a golf cart for this location then you will have a great time. Food at restaurant has good food.

Gianmarco’s place is absolutely PERFECT! Don’t waste your money on all inclusive. Groceries and restaurants are within walking distance. You literally step off of your private porch to the sand and ocean! Gianmarco is very responsive and helpful. Just ask and he will arrange for a driver to pick you up from the airport and take you back.

Great place to stay, Frankie explained the rules of both the Hotel and the condominium and the activities that take place in this place very well. I would definitely stay there again, as they have an ideal Waterpark for children and the hotel gives you the option of an all-inclusive day if you already have other activities on your agenda (highly recommended). Everything was excellent!! The arrival instructions were clear and even allowed us to store our luggage in advance and we are very grateful. Few hosts currently allow it. They welcomed us and showed us the apartment's amenities. The truth is, we were delighted with the apartment, the pool, the very quiet area and if you don't have a car you can move around at all times on Route 1 or Uber, The host also made some recommendations. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. The pool is huge, we rested very well and without a doubt you feel that they strive to keep everything good for their guest and I insist, it is appreciated. Do not hesitate to book it, believe me it will be worth it. As mentioned, right in front is the xailing pier to Isla Mujeres. Another thing, it also has a washing machine with clear instructions for its use. I confirm, I totally recommend the accommodation.

Fernando’s place is perfect and he’s a great, responsive host. Right next to the pool and only steps from the beach. We stayed here two different times on our 12 day trip because we loved it so much. Thanks again!

Beautiful view to the sea, the condominium is about 100 more from the sea, the quiet area away from the bustle of the hotels, only on weekends a little noise due to the proximity to the beach the child however it was not an obstacle to enjoy the tranquility of the condominium, Alberto and Mrs. Patricia are very friendly and attentive to my doubts, courtesy there was toilet paper, kleenex, water, ice, fruit, everything functional in terms of air conditioning, TV and appliances, the area is safe, I rent a car and I was able to leave it in the condominium has automatic door opening of the parking lot. Very clean exceeded my expectations in relation to other places I have been, I would only change the sheets, the rest is very clean. The view is spectacular the sunrise can be appreciated from the terrace and the condominium is very well located I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Daniel made everything so easy. From the airport pickup until checkout. The house is beautiful! Thank you Daniel for everything! We had so much fun! The location is perfect and near everything.
