Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

Amazing house, pool and views of the ocean. Detailed emails with links to car service (CARM) made getting from the airport to the ferry to island and back a breeze. The pool was amazing! Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough about this house. some listings have clever photography or descriptions that make them seem lovely, only to be disappointed when one arrives. This house is the opposite while the photographs are lovely, they can't begin to describe the experience. Everything was absolutely perfect and was only made better by the car and help from Monica and Noel.

Hard to describe how magical the shell houses were! Each house was incredible and unique, filled with thoughtful details and artistic touches. Miss Vanessa was amazing and helped arrange many things to celebrate my birthday including a private chef. Our group of friends loved the stay, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend, it’s dreamy!

For seclusion and relaxation this is the spot! Pictures represent reality. From Cancun airport to ferry, ask host for R/T transfers (only $100) for peace of mind. Take taxi from ferry to house for only $10-15. Ezekiel was there to great us and he can also do a grocery run for you in advance. House has HUGE bedrooms, will host 8 ppl easily with room to spare. The private beach is exactly that - private! Homes, not hotels, on each side of property; all with their own beach. No construction noise for us while there. This side of island has calm waters unlike other side. Owners have removed seaweed out to 20 feet in the water. The seaweed is like short grass in your yard. It's not a big deal. We had a chef come and cook breakfast and supper for $170. They arranged golf cart for $120/day. Huge Chedraui grocery store is only 7min cart ride away; North beach less than 15. Ulan restaurant was amazing. Communication with host was outstanding. First time to island and HIGHLY recommend this home!

This 2BD/3BA suite is as advertised. Condo-style amenity offering across two adjoining guestrooms. Very clean. Great pools. Nice but small private beach. The restaurants and service on site are great. Incredible value. Joe is an awesome host. Incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. He was always eager to help. We were very happy with our stay.

If you are thinking about visiting Cancun, look no further. This is the only place to be. We have been to many resorts over the past 30 years, and we would give this one a 10 star rating if it were possible. The Host, Peter, is amazing!! He answered all of my many questions and concerns even before we booked it. It is a true two bedroom oceanfront condo. The Heavenly Beds were truly Heavenly!! It has a full kitchen if you prefer to cook, but the many restaurants on premises and within walking distance were just fabulous!!~ Each bedroom had its own little oceanfront patio, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, the whole resort was just immaculately clean, and the Heavenly Spa was well worth the visit. We were traveling with my sister and her husband, and they have never really traveled outside of the US. This was a perfect first experience. The entire staff at this resort went out of their way to make us happy. We were waited on hand and foot. It is just the most amazing property, everything is top of the line. The Resort itself is just breathtaking, the staff was almost too good to be true. From the minute we checked in, til the moment we departed, we were treated like Royalty. This was the nicest, most relaxed and enjoyable vacation we have had in over 30 years!! We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning our next visit!!

Fantastic villa, in a great neighbourhood and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The house was amazing; we loved the pool and the outdoor spaces. The fan on the outside was a great detail. Highly recommend.

Just book it. You’ll be disappointed if you miss out. Can’t say enough good things. Place was super quiet. My wife and I pretty much had the place to ourselves short of a few interactions with maybe 1 or 2 other guests. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect. View was spectacular. No television, but that’s what made it so relaxing. Was a bit concerned about the disposal of toilet tissue, but that seems to be an island issue not specific to the home. Perfect location in the middle of the island but get a cart. Not too complicated to head north to the populated, touristy place or south to the more remote locations. Host was present and helpful. This place was a gem. Actually thinking about booking it again bringing the entire family next time.

Everything in general is quite good; the host Daranee is always very attentive to questions or anything. The pool is quite large as well as the garden, however, we consider that certain arrangements are needed (painting for example) but nothing that prevents you from having a good time. Hot water at all times, shops nearby, a large avenue where there are quite a few places to eat, very central in general. We deeply appreciate the attention we receive, as the guards of the private are super friendly, the gardener and the person who cleans the pool, all very respectful. Definitely our first choice when we return to Cancun
