Hector is the best host ever! I stayed at his place for my birthday trip, and he truly went above and beyond for me. He's very responsive, and his place is close to everything you need. The instructions were super easy to follow, which made my first airbnb experience smooth and stress-free. The space felt cozy, safe, and full of good energy the whole time. I can't wait to come back!!

This home that we stayed in was comfortable for everyone that stayed there peaceful place! The person in charge is always there to answer our questions. I recommended that the kitchen be better equipped with mixing bowls and cookware.! other than that at the house met all our expectations!

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Our stay at La Casita could not have been more pleasant! Everything was very clean and working! Evelyn was extremely attentive and helped us promptly!

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Joseph fue súper amable y muy servicial con nosotros , El area súper tranquila , parking para el carro , y mucho que hacer cerca …… restaurantes 24 horas, playa , Discotecas, supermercados , gasolina ⛽️ , El apartamento igual que en las fotos , bueno todo! Cosina, cama, baño, aire acondicionado y todo lo demás . Lo pasamos super bien , relajados , comodidades y no nos faltó nada.

Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

This is a beautiful cozy apartment. Apartment is as seen on pictures. Place was very clean very comfortable. Had all that is needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom, excellent air conditioning systems in both living room and bedroom. Hot water available at all times in bathroom and kitchen. Netflix and Roku TV available in both the bedroom and the living room there is no balcony however, there are two big sliding doors that you can slide open to enjoy the breeze and if you look towards the right, it has a beautiful view of the Isla verde beach. Excellent location, five minutes from the airport. I look forward to possibly booking again in the future.

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

We stayed June 21–24 and had a great experience! The place was cozy, clean, and well-equipped: bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, AC, fan, large TV, cookware, iron, waffle maker, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a coffee pot with coffee provided. There were no sweeteners I suggest adding a few packets, since many enjoy coffee in the morning. The main bed was comfy but creaked a bit. The sofa bed was firm, and the pillows were a little flat for my liking, but the blankets were warm and high quality. The pool was clean with lounge chairs, and the beach nearby was beautiful with calm waters and walking distance to restaurants. The condo mini mart was reasonably priced and the attendant was friendly. We also met a few welcoming residents, which was a nice surprise. Miguel was a thoughtful host—he asked for our favorite snacks before arrival and surprised us with them and two 2-liter drinks! Another suggestion: a table for four, as only two can sit at the current desk.

I had a great experience staying at this condo! It’s just a quick 15-minute Uber ride from the airport, and the check-in process was smooth with clear instructions. Security was friendly and helpful, explaining the building rules and assisting with elevator access. The condo was well equipped, I really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and cooler, which made beach days super convenient. The location is excellent: walking distance to the beach, casinos, bars, restaurants, and both Walgreens and CVS. Uber pick-ups and drop-offs were easy, and getting to Old San Juan only took about 10–15 minutes and cost around $10. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our weeklong stay in San Juan with our family! They made perfect accommodations for our boys that are 3 and 4, everything was exactly like it was listed. There was everything there for us but food in the fridge! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, the bathroom as well with toilet paper, aloe for the sunburn, towels both for the beach and the shower. Even goggles and sand toys for the kids! The place made San Juan feel like home! Also being right on the ocean and right in San Juan the location is perfect. Swimming in the ocean or pool just steps out of our room was amazing. And let’s not forget about the immaculate view from the balcony and bedroom windows. We rate this a 11/10 for sure and already want to come back again next year!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

First off, Carol is like super host of the century. Our flight was delayed so we would not be getting in until well after 1 AM. instead of mid day as planned. Carol went and picked up our grocery order!!! And had it all put away and waiting on us when we got in. She also had decorations for all the celebrations we were having (1 birthday, 1 wedding anniversary, and 3 high school graduates) all with little personal touches. So kind and thoughtful!!!. The back yard of the place is amazing and relaxing. Beach is just a short walk down road. At first we were not sure about neighborhood because it was so dark when we got in, but there were kids playing ball and riding bikes on the street. Very safe. The house had amenities that were listed as well. It was a bit tight for 2 adults and 7 messy teens, but we did great. Can't thank Carol enough for making our stay so pleasant and easy. You are the best!!!

Estoy muy agradecida de Magali... realmente su humanidad y cortesía fue lo que me llamó la atención ya que mi hija fue quien localizó el Apartamento y tanto a ella como a mí su atención siempre fue al 100%... Recomiendo su Apartamento porque es como sentirse en casa me relajé mucho y disfrute de todas sus comodidades. La cordialidad de los guardias de seguridad fue tal y como ella me dejó saber desde abrirte las puertas y recibirte con una linda sonrisa todos los días. Los inquilinos y personas de limpieza fueron muy amables conmigo y no hubo nada que pudiera yo ver fuera de lugar. Gracias Magali eres una bella persona espero volver a quedarme en tu bello apartamento. Si buscan un lugar limpio... impecable y con una enorme y hermosa piscina que tiene acceso a la playa más hermosa de San Juan y un servicio al 100% les recomiendo su apartamento.

This was our second stay at Maria’s place, and won’t be our last. Our late check-in went smoothly. Maria and Modesto are great at communicating and are very helpful. The apartment was super clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. We cooked breakfast everyday, and enjoyed the peace and quiet of this place. Thank you for a great stay, we hope to be back soon!

Great host! Was very responsive whenever we reached out. Was in a nice location and close to the beach. Had plenty of items to use like beach chairs and coolers. The house was very beautiful and organized. Would definitely recommend to friends and anyone staying in the area!

I had a wonderful stay in Isla Verde! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The building has great amenities — a pool, basketball court, and super easy access to the beach. One of our favorite features was the balcony with a beautiful beach view. At night, we left the balcony door open and enjoyed the cool ocean breeze, so we didn’t even need to use the AC. There’s a little trick to the hot water — just flush the toilet and the shower heats up instantly! It worked every time. The location is perfect too, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our honeymoon stay was AMAZING! We landed at 10am and Jose the host allowed us to stay temporarily in one of his other vacant units in the building until our original check in time for the room we booked since we were exhausted from our early morning flight. The location is amazing and in walking distance of so many things. Would DEFINITELY come back!

This is great apartment near everything. Close to the airport, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is on a one way so you have to do a small loop to get in but not a big deal. Apartment had lots of extras from pool toys to baby gear. Complex is very nice with 2 pool areas and grills along with secure. Each building has keyless entry with mag locks and is gated with a guard. Had a small issue with getting in but Jo was quick to respond. Will definitely be back.

Simplemente perfecto. El alojamiento superó todas mis expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable: todo estaba cerca y accesible, lo que facilitó muchísimo mi estadía. El lugar estaba impecable, muy limpio, bien cuidado y con todos los servicios funcionando perfectamente. Me sentí muy cómoda desde el primer momento. Sin duda, me encantó y volvería sin pensarlo. Totalmente recomendado.
